dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to clarify the relation between the organizational culture and innovation at Palestinian telecommunication companies. Researcher used descriptive analytical approach to achieve this object. The researcher applied a questionnaire consisting of two parts: the first part search in organizational culture with its dimensions, and the second part measure the innovation in companies. Data were collected by the sample of (67) administrator in Palestinian telecommunications companies, and the researcher applied a comprehensive survey method to answer questions and hypotheses. The following findings were included in the study: the organizational culture by its dimensions in Palestinian telecommunications companies has come to a high degree and that the aspects of organizational culture (organizational principles, organizational norms, organizational traditions, organizational expectations) are in order, and that the level of creativity in Palestinian telecommunications companies is high and that there is a strong relation between the organizational culture by its dimensions (values, principles, standards and organizational expectations) with creativity in Palestinian telecommunications firms. Based on the aforementioned findings, the study proposes a series of recommendations. The most important are as follows: preservation of an advanced and high level of organizational culture in Palestinian telecommunications companies, by tracking everything relevant to employees and their needs. Increased commitment to optimistic principles that lead to growing managerial performance in Palestinian telecommunications companies. Interest in the continuity of prevalence beliefs in Palestinian telecommunications companies that promote collaboration and coordination between the various departments; which in turn urges to sharing knowledge and facilitate its growth to its best. Ensure consistency with the regulatory norms prevailing in Palestinian telecommunications companies, which are concerned with improving working methods and motivating workers to innovate. Working on continuous follow-up of Palestinian telecommunications companies to the organizational demands of their workforce and to strive to reach them, because of their role in enhancing the performance of their employees, cultivating a culture of achievement among workers in the various departments of Palestinian telecommunications companies. Sustain a high degree of creativity in Palestinian telecommunications companies through the constant growth and advancement of its services. Give more interest in research and development units in Palestinian telecommunications companies and enabling business staff to innovate by giving them the ability to submit their innovations and proposals and inspire workers to evolve and innovate.
