Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير بناء القدرات في جودة مشاريع المنظمات الأهلية بالمحافظات الجنوبية الفلسطينية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وطبَّقت أسلوب العينة الطبقية العشوائية التي تكوَّنت من العاملين بالوظائف الإدارية في المنظمات الأهلية بالمحافظات الجنوبية الفلسطينية، والبالغ عددهم 160 موظفًا في 86 منظمةً أهلية. وتمَّ استرداد 108 استبانة، بنسبة استرداد (67.5%)، وقد استخدمت الدراسة الرّزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS V26، وتوصَّلت الدراسة لجملةٍ من النَّتائج، منها:
وجود مستوى مرتفع لبناء القدرات في المنظمات الأهلية بالمحافظات الجنوبية الفلسطينية؛ حيث بلغ الوزن النسبي لبناء القدرات (84%). وبلغ الوزن النسبي لمستوى جودة مشاريع المنظمات الأهلية بالمحافظات الجنوبية الفلسطينية (86%). بالإضافة لوجود تأثير لبناء القدرات بأبعدها (الإدارة، تنفيذ البرامج، الموارد البشرية، العلاقات الخارجية، والمالية) في جودة مشاريع المنظمات الأهلية بالمحافظات الجنوبية الفلسطينية.
وبناء على النتائج، فإنَّ الدراسة توصي بضرورة اهتمام الإدارات العليا في المنظمات الأهلية بالعمل على بناء قُدراتها في جميع محاور بناء القُدرات، وبناء قُدرات العاملين فيها من أجل تقديم مشاريع ذات جودةٍ عاليةٍ تُساهم في عمل تغييرات في حياة المجتمعات المستهدفة نحو الأفضل، وضرورة قيام المنظمات الأهلية بتطوير أنْظمتها وسياساتها الإدارية التي تضمن نمطًا تشاركيًا في صناعة القرار، والتخطيط لبناء القُدرات للفرق والعاملين في المنظَّمات الأهليَّة.
The Effect of Capacity Building on Projects’ Quality of Civil Society Organizations in the Northern Governorates in Palestine. Prepared by: Mohammed Abdulmajeed Abdulrahman Ismail Supervisor: Dr. Bader Shehda Hamdan Abstract: The study aimed to know the Effect of Capacity Building on the Projects Quality of Non-Governmental Organizations’ (NGOs) in the Southern Palestinian Governorates. The study used the descriptive analytical mythology and adopted random stratification sampling method, which consisted of the workers in upper management jobs in the NGOs in the southern Palestinian governorates. The sample consisted of (160) employees in (86) NGOs. 108 questionnaires were retrieved with a recovery rate of (67.5%). The study used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences SPSS V26. The study found a number of findings, including: A high level of capacity building in NGOs in the southern Palestinian governorates, where the relative weight of capacity building is (84%). In addition to relative weight of the quality level of NGOs projects in the southern Palestinian governorates is (86%). Furthermore, there is an Effect of capacity building including its aspects of (management, program delivery, human resources, external relations, finance) on project quality of NGOs in the southern Palestinian governorates. Based on the previous results, the study emphasizes the importance for the higher managements of NGOs to adopt building their organizations’ capacities in all aspects of capacity building and building the capabilities of their employees in order to provide high quality projects that contribute to making change in the lives of the targeted communities for the better. And the need for NGOs to develop their management systems and policies to guarantee a participatory style in decision-making and planning for capacity building for the teams working in the NGOs.
