| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة للبحث في دور المؤسسات الشبابية في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والسياسية للشباب الفلسطيني، من خلال استطلاع آراء الشباب والمؤسسات الشبابية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج المختلط الذي جمع بين الكمي والنوعي، حيث وظفت الباحثة كلا من المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج الكمي في إعداد الدراسة، وجمعت الباحثة بيانات الدراسة باستخدام كلاً من الإستبانة والمقابلة، وطبقت الدراسة من خلال عينة عشوائية طبقية بلغت (120) شاباً وشابة من المنتفعين من برامج التنمية السياسية والاقتصادية في المؤسسات المبحوثة، وتم استخدام برنامج spss لإجراء الاختبارات اللازمة، وعززت الباحثة نتائج الدراسة من خلال المقابلات حيث استهدفت في عينة قصدية ست مؤسسات شبابية تعمل في مجال التنمية الاقتصادية والسياسية، ومقراتها الرئيسية محافظة رام الله والبيرة، وتنفذ برامجها في جميع محافظات الوطن، وبعد جمع البيانات وإجراء الاختبارات الإحصائية اللازمة، أظهرت النتائج أن المتوسط الحسابي لجميع فقرات مجال مسارات التنمية الاقتصادية للشباب يساوي 3.84 وبذلك فإن الوزن النسبي 76.73% وهذا يعني أن هناك موافقة على فقرات المجال بشكل عام. وأن المتوسط الحسابي لجميع فقرات مجال مسارات التنمية السياسية للشباب يساوي 3.86 وبذلك فإن الوزن النسبي 77.11% وهذا يعني أن هناك موافقة على فقرات المجال بشكل عام. أن المتوسط الحسابي لجميع فقرات مجال التمويل والدعم المالي للمؤسسات يساوي 3.52 وبذلك فإن الوزن النسبي 70.39% وهذا يعني أن هناك موافقة على فقرات المجال بشكل عام. أن المتوسط الحسابي لجميع فقرات مجال التحديات التي تواجه المؤسسات من وجهة نظر الشباب يساوي 3.44 وبذلك فإن الوزن النسبي 68.84% وهذا يعني أن هناك موافقة على فقرات المجال. كما توصلت الدراسة الى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين استجابات المبحوثين وفقا للمتغيرين (الجنس، المستوى العلمي، العمل، الحالة الاجتماعية). وانه توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين استجابات المبحوثين وفقا لمتغير العمر لصالح الفئة أقل من 25 سنة. أي أن المؤسسات الشبابية تساهم في مسارات التنمية السياسية والاقتصادية، في حين أشارت نتائج استجابة عينة الدراسة لتأثر برامج التنمية السياسية والاقتصادية بالتمويل، كما توصلت الباحثة لتأثر برامج التنمية السياسية والاقتصادية بالجهات المانحة والممولين، وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت الباحثة توصياتها للجهات ذات العلاقة وأهمها ضرورة إعادة النظر في برامج التنمية الشبابية لتنسجم مع احتياجات الشباب، وتخصيص جزء من ميزانية الحكومة لغاية دعم المؤسسات الشبابية والمشاريع الريادية للشباب في ضوء ذلك ، رعاية المواهب الشابة واستقطاب الشباب المميز للعمل في القطاعات الحكومية وتغيب الواسطات والمحسوبية في التوظيف، ويكون ذلك عبر تبني خطة قطاعية تضم هذه المنظمات ضمن التزامات الحكومة اتجاه المواطنين، تطوير أساليب التدريب وآليات تنفيذ البرامج، فتنفيذ البرامج يجب أن يتم بأسلوب يخدم الشباب ويحقق مصلحتهم. | ar |
| dc.description.abstract | The study aimed to investigate the role of youth organizations in achieving economic and political development for Palestinian youth by exploring two aspects: the views of youth and youth organizations. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used a mixed approach that combined the quantitative and the qualitative; she employed the descriptive and analytical approaches in preparing the study, and then she used both the questionnaire and the interview in collecting the study data. She reaches the targeted sample of 120 young men and women who benefited from the researched institutions' political and economic development programs. While the interviews targeted six institutions that work in partnership with other organizations in all governorates, their main headquarters are in the city of Ramallah, and the spss program used to conduct the necessary tests. after collecting data and conducting the necessary statistical tests, the results showed that the arithmetic mean of all items in the field of youth economic development paths is 3.84, and thus the relative weight is 76.73%, and this means that there is agreement on items in the field in general, the arithmetic mean of field of political development paths for youth is 3.86, so the relative weight is 77.11%, and this means that there is agreement in general on items in the field. The arithmetic mean for all items in the field of finance and financial support for institutions is equal to 3.52, so the relative weight is 70.39%, this means there is agreement in general for all items in the field. The study also found that there were no statistically significant differences between the respondents' responses according to the variables (gender, educational level, work, and social status). And that there are statistically significant differences between the respondents' responses according to the age variable in favor of the category less than 25 years. That is, youth institutions contribute to the paths of political and economic development, while the results of the study sample response indicated that the political and economic development programs were affected by funding. The researcher also concluded that the political and economic development programs were affected by the donors and financiers. In youth development programs in line with the needs of youth, and the allocation of part of the government budget in order to support youth institutions and pioneering projects for youth in light of this, nurturing young talents and attracting distinguished youth to work in government sectors and the absence of connections and nepotism in employment, and this is by adopting a sectoral plan that includes these organizations Among the government's obligations towards citizens is the development of training methods and mechanisms for implementing programs.
