| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مدى التزام البنوك العاملة في الضفة الغربية بأداء مسؤوليتها الاجتماعية، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وباستخدام أداة الاستبانة لجمع المعلومات من أفراد العينة، حيث يضم الاستبيان ثلاثين بنداً، موزعة على ثلاثة محاور (سياسة البنك تجاه موظفيه، سياسة البنك تجاه العملاء، سياسة البنك تجاه البيئة). أما عن عينة الدراسة فاقتصرت على مدراء فروع البنوك ومدراء الأقسام في فروع البنوك التالية في محافظتي رام الله والبيرة (البنك الإسلامي الفلسطيني، البنك الإسلامي العربي، بنك فلسطين، البنك العربي، بنك القدس، بنك القاهرة، البنك الوطني). وأظهرت الدراسة العديد من النتائج أهمها: أن مدى التزام البنوك في الضفة الغربية بمسؤوليتها الاجتماعية من وجهة نظر الموظفين جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وأنّ مجال سياسة البنك تجاه موظفيه احتلّ المرتبة الأولى من بين مجالات المسؤولية الاجتماعية، يليه مجال سياسة البنك تجاه العملاء، وأخيراً مجال سياسة البنك تجاه المجتمع. كما أظهرت النتائج بعدم وجود فروق في مدى التزام البنوك في الضفة الغربية بمسؤوليتها الاجتماعية من وجهة نظر الموظفين تعزى للمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، تخصص الدراسة العلمية، سنوات الخبرة، نوع البنك). في حين أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ايجابية طردية ذات دلاله إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) بين مستوى تطبيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه العاملين على مستوى الواقع العام لتطبيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى البنوك، وأيضاً وجود علاقة ايجابية طردية ذات دلاله إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) بين مستوى تطبيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه العملاء على مستوى الواقع العام لتطبيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى البنوك. وفي ضوء تلك النتائج قدّمت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات. The current study aimed to find out the extent to which banks operating in the West Bank are committed to performing their social responsibility, based on the analytical descriptive approach, and using the questionnaire tool to collect information from sample members, where the questionnaire includes thirty items, spread over three axes (the Bank's policy towards its employees, the Bank's customer policy, the Bank's policy towards the environment). As for the sample of the study, it was limited to bank branch managers and department managers in the following bank branches in Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorates (Palestinian Islamic Bank, Arab Islamic Bank, Bank of Palestine, Arab Bank, Jerusalem Bank, Cairo Bank, National Bank). The study showed many of the most important results: that the extent to which banks in the West Bank are committed to their social responsibility from the point of view of employees came to an average degree, and that the area of the Bank's policy towards its employees ranked first among the areas of social responsibility, followed by the area of the Bank's policy towards customers, and finally the area of the Bank's policy towards the community.
