| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to identify the degree of commitment of “Al Hayat Al-Jadida” and “Al-Ayam” newspapers (not the websites) to professional journalism and to the ethics of professional journalism when covering the case of social security accompanied by the reactions and public protests from the private and non-governmental sectors in Palestine. The study has identified the individual dates of the time period between 1st/11/2018-31/12/2018 during which emphasis will be placed on the analysis. For the purpose of this study, the researcher used content analysis tool. As for the study population, “Al-Hayat” and “Al-Ayam” newspapers were chosen. The researcher analyzed the content of what was published in these two newspapers which represents the study sample during the mentioned period of time. This was done by conducting a comprehensive survey of that period and of what they provided of follow-up news, articles and journalistic materials in order to discover to what extent they were close or far from professional journalism through repetition style which appeared in units and categories. Furthermore, analytical measurement tools were used on levels of case, subject, and form, and here, in the two newspapers speech the researcher meant of the title the final outputs of the journalistic forms, titles, photos and standout techniques not the deep and Philosophical meanings for the speech theories. The study was divided into five chapters. The first chapter discusses the problem of the study, the importance of the study, the aims of the study, and the questions of the study. | |
