Abstract
The purpose of the study was to identify the degree of satisfaction of students with disabilities of the services which are provided to them in the Palestinian universities. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive method was used to measure the degree of satisfaction and collection of information. A questionnaire was developed consisting of (51) items divided into seven areas: satisfaction with university facilities, academic services, social relations, administrative facilities, library services, registration services and sources of information. The population of the study consisted of (427) students with disabilities in the Palestinian universities. The study sample consisted of (129) students with hearing, visual and physical disabilities for the second semester of the academic year (2016-2017) at the following universities: Hebron, Bethlehem, Al-Quds, Al-Quds Open (Ramallah Branch) and Birzeit. The results of the study are:  The overall degree of satisfaction of students is high in the following domains: accommodations, services, social services, academic services, university facilities, sources of information and library services. Also, the overall degree of satisfaction of students is median in guidance services, and administration.  There are no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) due to gender variable and school year variable. There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) due to specialization variety in the degree of overall satisfaction and in the areas of satisfaction: academic services, library services, guidance registration services for the benefit of the scientific faculties, and the absence of differences in degree
