| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف إلى واقع التعليم المهني والتقني في مدارس التربية والتعليم في محافظة القدس من وجهة نظر المعلمين/ات ودور مديري المدارس في تعزيزه، في ضوء متغيرات الدراسة وهي: الجنس، المديرية، المؤهل العلمي، عدد سنوات الخبرة، المرحلة الدراسية. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من (31) فقرةً موزعةً على أربعة مجالات هي: الجانب التربوّي، والجانب الاقتصادي، والجانب المهني، والجانب الاجتماعي. وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها بالطرق الإحصائية المناسبة. تكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي ومديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة القدس، المُوزعين على مديريتين: مديرية القدس الشريف ومديرية ضواحي القدس، البالغ عددهم (125) مديراً ومديرةً، و(2442) معلماً ومعلمة، بواقع (1056) معلماً ومعلمة في مديرية القدس، و(1386) معلماً ومعلمة في مديرية ضواحي القدس، يعملون في (125) مدرسة: تقع (51) مدرسة في مديرية القدس الشريف، و(74) مدرسة في مديرية ضواحي القدس. اشتملت عينة الدراسة على (334) معلماً ومعلمة من المدارس الحكومية في محافظة القدس، جرى اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية من أفراد مجتمع الدراسة، ليشكلوا ما نسبته (13.7%) من مجتمع الدراسة، كما اشتملت على (25) مديراً ومديرة من مجتمع الدراسة أجريت معهم أداة المقابلة، وذلك لأغراض الحصول على البيانات النوعية لإثراء نتائج الدراسة الكمية. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته هذه الدراسة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن واقع التعليم المهني والتقني في مدارس التربية والتعليم في محافظة القدس من وجهة نظر المعلمين/ات جاء بدرجة متوسطة، بمتوسط حسابي بلغت قيمته (3.42) للدرجة الكلية، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥α) في متوسطات استجابات أفراد عيّنة الدراسة لواقع التعليم المهني والتقني في مدارس التربية والتعليم في محافظة القدس من وجهة نظر المعلمين/ات تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة: الجنس، المديرية، المؤهل العلمي، عدد سنوات الخبرة، المرحلة الدراسية. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، اقترح الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات منها ضرورة تدعيم الشراكة بين وزارة التربية والتعليم ووزارة العمل لتطوير إستراتيجية التعليم والتدريب المهني والتقني في المدارس، وضرورة نشر ثقافة التعليم المهني والتقني في المجتمع على مستوى الأهالي والطلبة ومؤسسات المجتمع المحلي من خلال وسائل الإعلام المختلفة. | ar |
| dc.description.abstract | The current study aimed to identify the status of vocational and technical education in schools of education in the Jerusalem Governorate from the point of view of teachers and the role of school principals in enhancing it, in light of the variables of the study, which are: gender, directorate, academic qualification, number of years of experience, and stage of study. To achieve the aim of the study, a questionnaire was developed consisting of (31) items divided into four areas: the educational aspect, the economic aspect, the professional aspect, and the social aspect. Its validity and reliability were verified using appropriate statistical methods. The study population consisted of all public school teachers and principals in the Jerusalem Governorate, distributed among two directorates: the Al-Quds Al-Sharif Directorate and the Jerusalem Suburbs Directorate, who numbered (125) male and female principals, and (2442) male and female teachers, with (1056) male and female teachers in the Jerusalem Directorate, and (1386) male and female teachers in the Jerusalem Suburbs District, working in (125) schools: (51) schools are located in the Al-Quds Al-Sharif District, and (74) schools are in the Jerusalem Suburbs District. The study sample included (334) male and female teachers from public schools in the Jerusalem Governorate, who were selected randomly from members of the study population, to constitute (13.7%) of the study population. It also included (25) male and female principals from the study population with whom a tool was administered. Interview, for the purposes of obtaining qualitative data to enrich the results of the quantitative study. The researcher used the descriptive method to suit this study. The results of the study showed that the status of vocational and technical education in schools of education in the Jerusalem Governorate from the point of view of teachers was moderate, with an average value of (3.42) for the total score. The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05). ≥α) in the averages of the responses of the study sample members to the status of vocational and technical education in schools of education in the Jerusalem Governorate from the teachers’ point of view due to the variables of the study: gender, directorate, academic qualification, number of years of experience, and stage of study. In light of these findings of the study, the researcher proposed a set of recommendations, including the need to strengthen the partnership between the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Labor to develop the strategy for vocational and technical education and training in schools, and the need to spread the culture of vocational and technical education in society at the level of families, students, and local community institutions through Various media. | en |
