| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة الكشف عن اتجاهات الأهالي والأخصائيين تجاه الخدمات النفسية المقدمة للمصابين بالفصام في فلسطين. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الكيفي بالاستناد الى المقابلة كأداة للدراسة، وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة من الاخصائيين النفسيين والاجتماعين والاطباء النفسين واهالي المصابين بالفصام ، في كل من مدينة رام الله وبيت لحم وقلقيلة منطقة عزون، وبلغ عدد افراد عينة الدراسة (10) اخصائيين عاملين مع المصابين بالفصام وهم اطباء نفسيين، بالاضافة الى اخصائيين اجتماعين ونفسيين، (9)، وكذلك من أهالي المصابين بالفصام. استخدم في تحليل المقابلات منهج تحليل المحتوى للخروج بالقضايا الأساسية والفرعية المنبثقة عن كل سؤال من اسئلة المقابلة. واظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان الاخصائيين والأهالي يحملون اتجاهات إيجابية نحو المصابين بالفصام، وهذا بدوره شكل تأثيراَ على اختيار نوع الخدمة النفسية المقدمة، وتمثلت الخدمات المقدمة من وجهة نظر الاخصائيين بالادوية النفسية، والتثقيف النفسي عن اضطراب الفصام وتأثير الأدوية على المصاب، وخدمة العلاج الاسري والمتابعة الاسرية ، والجلسات الفردية مع الفصام مثل العلاج المعرفي السلوكي وبرنامج التعامل مع الضلالات والهلاوس عند المصابين بالفصام، والتأهيل النفسي والاجتماعي للمصابين بالفصام. وتمثلت الخدمات المقدمة من وجهة نظر الأهالي بمراجعة الطبيب النفسي بالعيادات الخاصة والعيادات التابعة لوزارة الصحة الفلسطينية لاخذ العلاج الطبي الدوائي، وذكر ثلاثة مبحوثين من الأهالي أنهم توجهوا الى طلب خدمة برنامج التأهيل النفسي الاجتماعي للمصابين بالفصام في اسرهم. لخصت الدراسة الى مجموعة من التوصيات ومنها: تطوير برامج وخدمات شاملة متكاملة لفئة المصابين بالفصام، زيادة عدد الاخصائيين العاملين مع المصابين بالفصام ليتناسب مع حجم العمل المطلوب منهم، وتنفيذ حملات ضغط ومناصرة لمناشدة الجهات الرسمية مثل وزارة الصحة الفلسطينية والمؤسسات غير الحكومية والهدف من حملات الضغط الاهتمام بالخدمات النفسية المقدمة للمصابين بالفصام لتوفير الادوية النفسية بشكل دوري دون انقطاع، والعمل على بناء مراكز طوارئ للاضطرابات النفسية والعقلية التابعة لمباني المستشفيات العامة وذلك من اجل تخفيف العبء على الاخصائيين في حال تعرض المصاب الى انتكاسات بإن يتوجه الى مركز الطوارئ. | ar |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to exploring the attitude of family members and specialists towards psychological services that are provided for Schizophrenics in Palestine. The researcher used a qualitative approach based on interviews as the study tool. The study sample consisted of (10) specialists who are working with schizophrenics; they are psychiatrists, social and psychological specialists, and (9) individuals from the families of people with schizophrenia. They are from Ramallah, Bethlehem and Qalqilya (Azzoun region); cities of Palestine. to infer resultsof the interview questions, the researcher used content analysis to extract the main themes and categories for each interview question. The results showed both specialists and families members have positive attitudes towards Schizophrenics. This had a significant impact on choosing the type of psychological services for the schizophrenics. The provided services from the specialist’s perspective are: antipsychotic medication, psychoeducation, family therapy and follow up, and individual therapy such as cognitive behavioral therapy, hallucination and delusion dealing programs, and psychological and social rehabilitation for schizophrenics. Moreover, the provided services from the family members’ perspective are: seeking psychiatrist working at public and private clinic in order to get medicinal and follow up treatments. The interviews showed there were three of interviewed family members who sought psychosocial rehabilitation programs for schizophrenics. The study recommends to develop comprehensive integrated programs and services for schizophrenics, increase the number of specialists who work with schizophrenics in order to meet the massive needs and volume of the required work, implementing lobbying and advocacy campaigns to convince the official authorities such as Palestinian Ministry of Health and NGOs, to pay attention to the psychological services that are provided to schizophrenics, and to provide psychiatric medications regularly without interruption. Last but not least, there is a need to build emergency centers as part of public hospitals for psychological and mental disorders to reduce the burden on specialists when patients suffer from relapse that needs urgent interventions. | en |
