Abstract
This study aims to identify the reality of Governance and its role in achieving the edu cational services quality in Al-Azhar institutes in Palestine from the teachers' point of view of Al-Azhar institutes. To achieve this goal, the researcher used the descriptive-analytical approach and distributed questionnaire to the teachers of Al-Azhar institutes in the Gaza Strip, who are 100 teachers. Ninety questionnaires have been retrieved .
The results showed that the correlation coefficient is (0,785). This indicates that there is a statistically significant relationship at the level of indication (0.05) between the reality of Governance education and improving the educational services quality at Al-Azhar Institutes from the teachers' point of view, where the results showed that the practice of governance of education at Al-Azhar Institutes was generally low. It is (43.7%) and the study revealed that the educational service quality at Al-Azhar the Institutes was (58%). This means that there is moderate approval by the sample members for the educational service quality in general.
The study has some recommendations. The most important is the need to adopt the standards of governance in educational institutions to achieve a good education and to provide a distinguished educational service. It also

recommended the principle of justice and equality by management and excluding favoritism and nepotism, the participation of all in decision-making, providing new strategies in the construction of the courses based on quality standards, including modern technology and methods in the educational system, and relying mainly on practical and applied skills in education
