| dc.description.abstract | The international human rights treaties put many obligations the country that the parties this treaties, especially the International covenant civil and political rights and the Cedaw agreement, and the purpose this obligations ensure that states parties apply the provisions this conventions, where this obligations constitute a mechanisms for application the conventions this study, and this study summarizes this mechanisms by studding the obligations on this agreements on the state of Palestine, the first chapter including the general frame for the International covenant civil and political rights and cedaw agreement, and the control mechanisms for this agreements, addition addressing the UN charter because this charter considered a basis for all human rights and this chapter shows the legal status the state Palestine in the international law, and the first chapter also clarifies the obligation that the Palestine must do it, which obligation to adopt legislative and non legislative measures. The second chapter contains the ways to enforce the rules of international human right law in the domestic law, in addition the second chapter shows the important obligations imposed on the states parties and the state of Palestine as a party of this agreements which imposes this states submitting reports to show what did they have made progress toward the proper application of the agreements, and shows the report that the state of Palestine submitted to the supervisory bodies of this agreements. The most important finding reached at the end of this study, the Palestine states The State of Palestine is trying and exerting its utmost efforts to work towards the implementation of the international conventions internally and to fulfill its obligations in this field. | en |
