| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم البرامج التدريبية المستخدمة في مدرسة سيرا في دمج طلبة ذوي صعوبات التعلم في مدارس نظام التعليم العام، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لوصف الظاهرة كما هي في الواقع باستخدام التحليل النوعي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من سجلات ملفات إنجاز أربعة من الطلبة الخاضعين للبرامج التدريبية المعمول بها في مدرسة سيرا والمستهدفة لطلبة ذوي صعوبات التعلم، والذين تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة. وكذلك تكونت عينة الدراسة من (6) معلمات (جميع المعلمات اللواتي درّسن الطلبة الأربعة)، و(4) من أولياء أمور الطلبة وقد تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية. واستخدمت الباحثة الإطار المرجعي لتقييم البرامج التدريبية المستخدمة لطلبة ذوي صعوبات التعلم بالإضافة إلى أداة المقابلات شبه المنظمة مع المعلمين وأولياء الأمور، والملاحظات المباشرة للباحثة حول سير عملية التقييم. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن البرامج التدريبية المستخدمة في مدرسة سيرا المساهمة في دمج طلبة ذوي صعوبات التعلم في مدارس نظام التعليم العام تعتبر ذات كفاءة وفاعلية. وبينت أن عملية التشخيص المستخدمة في مدرسة سيرا تسهم في إعداد الطلبة من ذوي صعوبات التعلم للدمج في مدارس نظام التعليم العام، وكذلك بينت أن المنهاج المدرسي المستخدم في مدرسة سيرا ملائم من حيث الأهداف، والمحتوى، وطرق التدريس، والأنشطة المستخدمة، والوسائل والاستراتيجيات المستخدمة وطرق التقييم لإعداد الطلبة من ذوي صعوبات التعلم للدمج في مدارس نظام التعليم العام. كذلك أسفرت النتائج عن وجود اتجاهات إيجابية من قبل معلمات مدرسة سيرا نحو البرامج المقدمة للطلبة من ذوي صعوبات التعلم، وعن وجود اتجاهات إيجابية من قبل أولياء أمور الطلبة من ذوي صعوبات التعلم في مدرسة سيرا نحو البرامج المقدمة لأبنائهم. وبناءً على النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها توصي الباحثة بأن على وزارة التربية والتعليم تصميم مناهج خاصة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة عموماً وذوي صعوبات التعلم بشكل خاص، بحيث تتلاءم واحتياجاتهم الخاصة. وضرورة إنشاء غرف مصادر متطورة لتعليم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة عموماً وذوي صعوبات التعلم خاصةً داخل مدارس التعليم العادي، تتوافر فيها كافة الأنشطة والوسائل التي تسهم في تطوير مهاراتهم وأدائهم. | ar |
| dc.description.abstract | The study aimed to evaluate the training programs used in SIRA School in integrating students with learning disabilities in the schools of the general education system. The study adopted the descriptive method for describing this phenomenon as it is, using qualitative analysis. The study sample consists of the records of the achievement files (Portfolios) of four students subject to the SIRA School training programs, which are targeted to students with learning disabilities, who were selected in a simple random manner. The study sample also consisted of (6) female teachers (all the female teachers who taught the four students), and (4) parents of students, and they were chosen intentionally. The researcher used the frame of reference to evaluate the training programs used for students with learning disabilities, in addition to the semi-structured interviews tool with teachers and parents, and the researcher's direct observations about the progress of the evaluation process. The study drew a number of findings, the most important of which are: Training programs used at SIRA School to contribute to the integration of students with learning disabilities into public education system schools considered efficient and effective. The diagnostic process used at The SIRA School contributes to preparing students with learning disabilities to integrate into public education system schools. Curriculum used at SIRA School is appropriate in terms of objectives, content, teaching methods, activities used, methods and strategies used and evaluation methods to prepare students with learning disabilities to integrate into public education system schools. Positive trends by teachers of SIRA School towards the programs offered for students with learning disabilities, and, positive trends by parents of students with learning difficulties at SIRA School towards programs offered to their children. Based on the results that have been reached, the researcher recommends that the Ministry of Education should design special curricula for people with special needs in general and those with learning difficulties in particular, to suit their special needs. And the necessity of establishing advanced resource rooms to teach people with special needs in general and those with learning disabilities in particular within public education system schools, in which all activities and means that contribute to developing their skills and performance are available. | en |
