This study aims to analyise the implications of the Turkish-Israeli relations towards the Palestinian case from 2008 until 5102. The study will also identify the most prominent Turkish-Israeli relations from a political, economical and military levels, in addition, it will highlight the positions taken by Turkey towards the Palestinian case. Therefore, the study attempts to identify the implications of the Turkish-Israeli relations on the Palestinian issue throughout the period 2008 till now. The study uses the historical analytical approach, and deals with a set of topics. For example, in the second chapter the study deals with the concepts of international relations and foreign policy, it will deeply analyse the foreign political stances of the state and the factors influencing foreign policy. In addition, the third chapter deals with the emergence of Turkish-Israeli relations through the historical context, and will state the level of relations and political agreements between the two countries. It will also examine the level of relations, economic and military agreements between Israel and Turkey, and will also focus on the Turkish stances on the Palestinian issue at the regional and international levels. The last chapter summerizes the impact of the Turkish stances on the Palestinian issue regionally and internationally. The study argues that there are some issues which negatively effect on the nature of relations between the two countries, but they do not effect the overall Turkish-Israeli relations, such as the issue of Israel's support for the PKK and Turkish-Syrian relations. The role of Turkey has been determined by a range of local and regional issues which forces it to take a positive stance on the Palestinian issue, such as following the policy of opening up to the world and the Turkish search for stability in the region through Strengthening and activating relations with the Arab countries. Turkey also was forced to follow the democratic system in the regimeand religious ties between Turkish people and the rest of the Arab world. The study argues that these issues and determinants affected the Turkish role towards the Palestinian issue. The Turkish role was mostly negative to avoide affecting its own stablity; this for instance led to an agreement upon matters between Israel and Turkey, for example, the economical, military relations and the subsequent relations. Therefore, the study concludes that what prompts Turkey to follow the balanced policy in its relationship with Israel and its stances towards the palestinian case, is to maintain the Turkish position regionally and internationally. In addition, to highlight the Turkish value in front of the European Union which will enable Turky to gain as much as possible on the political and economical level. Moreover, the passive attitude towrds the Palestinian case will also be highly evaluated by the United States.en
