| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف الى واقع التعلم الالكتروني في جامعة القدس في ظل انتشار فيروس كورونا العالمي من وجهة نظر طلبة كلية الدراسات العليا واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (248) من طلبة كلية الدراسات العليا المنتظمين والمسجلين وتوصلت الدراسة الى ان واقع التعليم الالكتروني في جامعة القدس في ظل انتشار فيروس كورونا العالمي من وجهة نظر طلبة كلية الدراسات العليا جاء بدرجة عالية وبنسبة مئوية (77.3%) وان درجة الصعوبات التي تواجه طلبة الدراسات العليا اثناء استخدام التعليم الالكتروني في ظل انتشار فيروس كورونا في جامعة القدس جاءت بدرجة متوسطة وبنسبة مئوية (%69.9) وان أبرز التحديات والصعوبات التي حصلت على اعلى نسب والتي واجهت طلبة الدراسات العليا اثناء التعلم الالكتروني كانت كما يلي: ضعف الانترنت وعدم توفره أحيانا حصلت على اعلى نسبة مئوية وتليها ضيق الوقت وعدم القدرة على تنظيم وقت المحاضرات والجلوس طويلا لحضور المحاضرات مما يسبب ضغوط منزلية واسرية وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت اليها الباحثة جاءت اهم التوصيات كما يلي: 1. الاهتمام بتدريب الطلبة والطاقم الأكاديمي على استخدام منصات وتطبيقات التعليم الالكتروني عمليا 2. العمل على تحسين جودة خدمة الانترنت المقدمة كبحث اليات تعاون مع شركات الاتصالات والشركات المزودة للإنترنت ولا سيما فيما يتعلق بمتابعة الموقع الالكتروني الخاص بالجامعة ومتابعة المحاضرات | ar |

| dcterms.abstract | The study aimed to identify the reality of e-learning at Al-Quds University in light of the global spread of the Corona virus from the point of view of the students of Graduate Studies. The study used the descriptive analytical approach, where the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The study was conducted on a random sample of (248) regular and registered graduate students. The study concluded that the reality of e-learning at Al-Quds University in light of the global spread of the Corona virus from the point of view of Graduate Studies students came to a high degree and a percentage of (77.3%). The degree of difficulties faced by graduate students while using e-learning in light of the spread of the Corona virus at Al-Quds University came to a medium degree and a percentage of (69.9%). The most prominent challenges that obtained the highest percentages that faced graduate students during e-learning were as follows: Weak internet and its lack of availability at times got the highest percentage, followed by the lack of time and the inability to organize the time of lectures and sitting for a long time to attend lectures, which causes home and family pressure. The most important recommendations for improving e-learning from the point of view of postgraduate students are: conducting e-learning training for students, anticipating and providing free internet service, training for teachers, raising awareness and motivating the usage of e-learning and others. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences due to the variables of gender, age, university major, skill level in using the computer, and the availability of a fixed internet network at home. In light of the findings, the researcher recommends the following: 1. Interest in training students and academic staff to use e-learning platforms and applications in practice 2. Working on improving the quality of the Internet service provided as a search for cooperation mechanisms with telecommunications companies and Internet provider companies, especially with regard to following up on the university’s website and following up on lectures. | en |
