| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة التزام المرشدين التربويين بأخلاقيات مهنة الإرشاد وعلاقتها بالكفاءة الذاتية المهنية في مديرية ضواحي القدس. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي لملاءمته لطبيعة الأهداف والفرضيات. وتكوّنت عينة الدراسة من المرشدين التربويين العاملين في مدارس مديرية ضواحي القدس خلال الفصل الثاني من العام الأكاديمي 2025. استخدمت الدراسة أداتين أساسيتين: مقياس أخلاقيات مهنة الإرشاد، ومقياس الكفاءة الذاتية المهنية، بعد التحقق من خصائصهما السيكومترية من حيث الصدق والثبات. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة التزام المرشدين التربويين بأخلاقيات مهنة الإرشاد جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، كما تبين أن مستوى الكفاءة الذاتية المهنية لديهم كان مرتفعًا أيضًا. وأوضحت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التزام المرشدين بأخلاقيات المهنة تُعزى لمتغيرات النوع الاجتماعي، سنوات الخبرة، مكان السكن، أو العمل الإضافي. وبالمثل، لم تظهر فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الكفاءة الذاتية المهنية تُعزى لتلك المتغيرات. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيًا بين درجة التزام المرشدين التربويين بأخلاقيات مهنة الإرشاد ومستوى الكفاءة الذاتية المهنية لديهم. | ar |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to reveal the degree of commitment of educational counselors to the ethics of the counseling profession and its relationship to professional self-efficacy in the Directorate of Jerusalem Suburbs. The study adopted the descriptive correlational method due to its suitability to the nature of the objectives and hypotheses. The study sample consisted of educational counselors working in the schools of the Directorate of Jerusalem Suburbs during the second semester of the academic year 2025. The study used two main instruments: the Counseling Profession Ethics Scale and the Professional Self-Efficacy Scale, after verifying their psychometric properties in terms of validity and reliability. The results showed that the degree of commitment of educational counselors to the ethics of the counseling profession was high, and it was also found that their level of professional self-efficacy was also high. The results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the commitment of counselors to the ethics of the profession attributable to the variables of gender, years of experience, place of residence, or additional work. Similarly, no statistically significant differences appeared in the level of professional self-efficacy attributable to those variables. The results also showed that there was no statistically significant correlation between the degree of commitment of educational counselors to the ethics of the counseling profession and their level of professional self-efficacy. | en |
