| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to identify the role of women entrepreneurship in promoting the economic empowerment of female entrepreneurs in agricultural incubators in the Gaza Strip. The study utilized the descriptive analytical approach، as it relied on a questionnaire in order to collect data from its primary sources. The study focused on women entrepreneurs in agricultural incubators in the southern governorates. Moreover، the study population consisted of (361) female entrepreneurs in agricultural incubators، where the researcher selected a random sample representing the study population، which numbered (154). They were targeted based on the questionnaire that was distributed to them، as (130) of the total questionnaires were answered and submitted and used for the analysis purposes. The study concluded a set of results، the most important of which is the presence of a high positive evaluation regarding the level of availability of dimensions of women’s entrepreneurship in agricultural incubators in the Gaza Strip. These dimensions were represented in (creativity، innovation، proactivity، uniqueness، and risk-taking)، where the total relative weight of the level of application of the dimensions of women’s entrepreneurship in agricultural incubators reached (82.6%). Furthermore، the results indicated a high level of economic empowerment for the target group، where the relative weight of this level reached (81.4%). The results also indicated a statistically significant positive effect for each of the creativity، proactivity and risk-taking as one of the dimensions of entrepreneurship at the levels of economic empowerment of the women entrepreneurs target group. The study recommended the need for women entrepreneurs to focus on paying attention to modern ideas and trends that can be utilized in Gaza Strip’s environment to treat the problems of agricultural work as well as attempting to transfer and apply these ideas and trends as one of the creative contributions to overcome these problems. One of the most important of these ideas is the interest in water harvesting issues in order to overcome the problem of water scarcity and salinity، as well as the interest in promoting practical applications of the idea of relying on modern irrigation techniques using regulated water pressure. Another solution suggested adopting the idea of magnetized water in agricultural work to overcome water salinity problems. | |
