| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدِّراسة إلى التعرفِ إلى الاحتياجات التدريبية في ضوء مدخل التكامل بين العلوم والتقنية والهندسة والرياضيات "STEM" لمعلمي العلوم في المرحلة الاساسية العليا في مدارس تربية جنوب الخليل، وتقصّي أثر متغيرات الدِّراسة على ذلك وهي (الجنس، سنوات الخبرة، الدَّورات التدريبية). ولتحقيق أهداف الدِّراسة اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لطبيعة هذه الدراسة، حيث تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدِّراسة وتكونت من ثلاث مجالات رئيسة (التخطيط, التنفيذ, التقويم)، وطُبقت اداة الدراسة بعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها على عينةٍ طبقية عشوائية مكوّنةٍ من (45) معلماً و(60) معلمة، خلال الفصل الدِّراسي الثاني للعامِ الدِّراسي (2021/2022). وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنَّ الاحتياجات التدريبية في ضوء مدخل "STEM" تخطيطاً وتنفيذاً وتقويماً كان بدرجة مرتفعة، كما أظهرت نتائجُ الدراسة أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لكل من الجنس والدورات التدريبية وسنوات الخبرة. وفي ضوء أولويات الاحتياجات التدريبية التي أظهرتها نتائج الدراسة تم بناء تصور مقترح لبرنامج تدريبي لمعلمي العلوم للاسترشاد به. وأوصت الباحثة بعدة توصيات منها ضرورة تدريب معلمي العلوم في ضوء احتياجاتهم التدريبية على مدخل (STEM), والاستفادة من نتائج هذه الدراسة تصميم و بناء وتكثيف البرامج التدريبية لتحقيق متطلبات مدخل (STEM) في تدريس العلوم وتطوير مناهج العلوم. The purpose of this study is to investigate the training needs of science teachers in the upper basic school stage in the light of the Integrative Approach between science, mathematics, technology and engineering (STEM) in the schools of the Southern Hebron Directorate. It also aims to investigate the impact of the study variables (gender, years of experience, training courses) on the training needs. To achieve the aim of the study, the researcher applied the descriptive methodology . She used a questionnaire which distributed on (3) Dimensions which are (planning / lesson performance / assessment). The content validity and the construct validity were measured. In addition; The reliability was calculated. The stratified random sample consisted of (105) teachers. (45) male and (60) female teachers during the second semester of the academic year (2021/2022). The findings of the study showed that the planning, lesson performance and evaluation for the training needs of science teachers in the upper basic school stage in the light of the Integrative Approach (STEM) were very high. It also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the training needs of science teachers in the upper basic school stage due to the variables (gender / training courses/ years of experience). In the light of study findings, the researcher designed a proposed training program for teachers of science. She also recommended to train the teachers of science according to their training needs in the light of Integrative Approach (STEM). Moreover; She recommended the specialists to adopt the study findings to design training courses in the light of the Integrative Approach (STEM) for teaching science and developing science curriculums. | |
