| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل دور الدبلوماسية الشعبية الرقمية في حشد التضامن الشعبي العالمي مع القضية الفلسطينية خلال الحرب على غزة عام 2023، من خلال تتبع أدواتها، واستراتيجياتها، والتحديات التي تواجهها، ومدى تأثيرها في تشكيل الرأي العام الدولي. اعتمدت الدراسة منهجية متعددة الأساليب (Mixed Methods Approach) جمعت بين المنهج الكمي والتحليل النوعي، بما يسمح ببناء تصور شامل حول فعالية هذا النوع من الدبلوماسية. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (400) مشارك، وتم استخدام أداة مركبة شملت مراجعة أدبيات منهجية، وتحليل حالة الحرب على غزة 2023، وتحليل محتوى التفاعلات الرقمية عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، بالإضافة إلى استبيان مكوّن من قسمين رئيسيين يتعلقان بالبيانات الديموغرافية، ومحاور تقيس أبعاد الدبلوماسية الشعبية الرقمية. أظهرت الدراسة أن متوسط مستوى حشد التضامن الشعبي العالمي بلغ (3.97)، في حين بلغ متوسط فعالية مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي (4.205)، ومتوسط الاستراتيجيات التقنية المستخدمة (4.25)، مما يعكس فعالية واضحة للدبلوماسية الرقمية رغم القيود المفروضة. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى التعامل مع التحديات الرقمية والتصورات المستقبلية لتطوير هذه الدبلوماسية كان متوسطًا ويميل إلى الإيجابية، مما يعكس الحاجة إلى تعزيز البنية الرقمية، وبناء بدائل آمنة، وتوسيع الشراكات الدولية. وفي ضوء ذلك، أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات أبرزها: تطوير محتوى توثيقي مؤثر، إنشاء منصات بديلة مستقلة عن الرقابة الخوارزمية، تبني استراتيجيات تعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي والترجمة الفورية، وتفعيل التعاون مع المؤثرين ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، إضافة إلى تعزيز البرامج التدريبية والبحثية وبناء شبكات تضامن رقمية مستدامة عابرة للحدود. الكلمات المفتاحية: الدبلوماسية الرقمية، التضامن الشعبي، وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، الحرب على غزة | ar |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to analyze the role of digital public diplomacy in mobilizing global grassroots solidarity with the Palestinian cause during the 2023 war on Gaza, by examining its tools, strategies, challenges, and its impact on shaping international public opinion. The study adopted a mixed methods approach that combined both quantitative and qualitative methodologies to provide a comprehensive understanding of the effectiveness of this form of diplomacy. The sample consisted of 400 participants, and a multifaceted tool was used, including a systematic literature review, case analysis of the 2023 Gaza war, content analysis of digital interactions on social media platforms, and a structured questionnaire. The questionnaire comprised two main sections: demographic data and items addressing various dimensions of digital public diplomacy. The findings indicated that the overall mean for mobilizing global solidarity was (3.97), while the mean for the effectiveness of social media platforms was (4.205), and the mean for the effectiveness of digital strategies was (4.25), reflecting a notable level of impact despite digital restrictions. The study also found that engagement with digital challenges and future aspirations for developing this form of diplomacy was moderate but leaned toward optimism, highlighting the need to enhance digital infrastructure, develop safe alternatives, and expand global partnerships. Based on these findings, the study recommended several actions, including: producing impactful documentary content, establishing alternative platforms free from algorithmic censorship, adopting strategies based on artificial intelligence and real-time translation, enhancing cooperation with influencers and civil society organizations, and strengthening training and research programs to build sustainable, cross-border networks of digital solidarity.
