| dc.description.abstract | هَدَفَتْ هَذِهِ الدّرَاسَة التَّعَرُّف إِلَى وَاقِعِ الاستِقوَاءِ الإِدَارِي لَدَى مُدِيرِي المَدَارِس الحُكُومِيَّة فِي مُحَافَظَةِ الخَلِيلِ كَمَا يَرَاه مُعَلّمُو هَذِهِ المَدَارِس وَمُدِيروها. تَكوَّن مُجْتَمَع الدّرَاسَة مِن جَمِيعِ مُعَلّمِي المَدَارِس الحُكُومِيَّة فِي مُحَافَظَةِ الخَلِيلِ، والبَالِغ عَدَدِهم (10470) مُعَلّمَاً وَمُعَلّمَة، وَمُديري هَذه المَدارس للعَام الدّرَاسِي 2021/2022م، فِي حِين شَمَلَت عَيّنَة الدّرَاسَة فِئة المُعَلّمِين، وَهي عَيّنة عَشْوَائِيّة طَبَقِيَّة بَلَغَ عَدَد أَفْرَادِهَا (1047) مُعَلّماً ومُعَلّمَة، وفِئِة مُدِيرِي المَدَارِس، وَهي عَيّنَة قَصدِيّة بَلَغ عَدد أفرَادِها (16) مُدِيراً. واستخدم البَاحِث الاستَبَانَة أَدَاة لعيّنة المُعلمين، وتكونت من (37) فقرة مُوزعة على ثَلاثة مَجَالات، والمُقابَلة أَداة ثَانِية لعينة المدِيرِين، وتَمَّ التَّأكُّد من الصّدقِ والثّبَاتِ بالطُّرُقِ التَّربَويَّة والإحصَائِيَّة المُنَاسِبَة، وللإجَابَة عَن أَسْئِلَةِ الدِّرَاسَةِ وَفَحْص فَرَضياتِها تَمَّ استِخدَام بَرَنامِج الرُّزمَة الإحصَائيَّة للعُلوم الاجتماعيَّة. (SPSS) أظهرت نتائج الدّراسة أن تقديرات المعلمين لواقع الاستقواء الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الخليل جاءت بدرجة منخفضة، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي للدرجة الكلية (1.44) وفق مقياس ليكرت الخماسي، وانحراف معياري (0.56). كما أظهرت النتائج فروقاً ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05 ≥ α) بين تقديرات المعلمين لواقع الاستقواء الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الخليل تعزى لمتغيرات: جنس المعلم، جنس مدير المدرسة، المؤهل العلمي، المديرية، في حين لم تُظهر فروقا تعزى لمتغير الخبرة. كما أظهرت نتائج المقابلة التي أجريت مع المديرين أن الاستقواء الإداري ليس ظاهرة منتشرة في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الخليل. وبناءً على نتائج الدّراسة يوصي الباحث بعقد ورش عمل وتدريب لمديري المدارس لتوعيتهم بضرورة استخدام الأساليب العلمية الحديثة في الإدارة، والابتعاد عن كل ما يؤدي إلى ارتفاع درجة الاستقواء الإداري عن مستواها، وضرورة التفات مديريات التربية والتعليم إلى ملامح الاستقواء الإداري الحالية ( المنخفضة) في المدارس، والتَّحرك تجاه محاربتها، وعدم السَّماح لها بالانتشار. This study aimed to identify the status of administrative bullying among government school principals in Hebron Governorate, as seen by school teachers and principals. The study population consisted of all public school teachers in the Hebron Governorate, numbered (10470) teachers and principals of these schools for the academic year 2021/2022 AD, while the study sample of teachers was a stratified random sample of (1047) teachers. The study sample also included (16) principals. The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for the sample of teachers, consisted of (37) paragraphs. The interview also used as a second tool for the principals. Validity and reliability were confirmed by appropriate educational and statistical methods. The results of the study revealed that teachers' estimates of the status of administrative bullying among public school principals in Hebron governorate came to a low degree, as the arithmetic mean of the total degree was (1.44), and a standard deviation of (0.56). The results also showed statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤ 0.05) between the estimates of the study sample members of the status of administrative bullying in the directorates of education in the Hebron Governorate due to the variables of the gender of the teacher, the gender of the school principal, the educational qualification, the directorate, while no differences appeared due to the variable of experience. The results of the interview also indicated that the administrative bullying is not a widespread phenomenon in the schools of Hebron Governorate. Based on the results of the study, the researcher recommends holding workshops and training for school principals to make them aware of the need to use modern scientific methods in management, and to stay away from everything that leads to a higher degree of administrative bullying than its level, and the need for education directorates to pay attention to the current (low) features of administrative bullying in schools and move quickly towards fighting it, and not allowing it to spread. | |
