| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع العمليات اللوجستية وتأثيرها على وظائف سلاسل التوريد في الضفة الغربية. إستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الإستكشافي الوصفي التحليلي في الدراسة. وتكونت العينة العشوائية الغير إحتمالية الميسرة في الدراسة من (128) من مديري وموظفي شركات الخدمات اللوجستية والتوريدات، كذلك تم مقابلة (4) من موظفي وخبراء في شركات الخدمات اللوجستية وسلاسل التوريد في منطقة الدراسة. إستخدمت الباحثة الإستبانة كأداة أساسية في الدراسة، وإستعانت بالمقابلات كأداة داعمة لها، وقامت الباحثة بإعداد أداتي الدراسة. توصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج منها أن أهم العمليات اللوجستية والتي تطبقها شركات الخدمات اللوجستية والتوريدات العاملة في الضفة الغربية هي عمليات النقل، فقد جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة وبنسبة بلغت (90.33%)، تلاها عمليات التخزين بدرجة (89.67%)، وجاءت عمليات التسليم أقل نسبة منهما بدرجة (78.67%). كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن أهم وظائف سلاسل التوريد التي يتم إستخدامها في شركات الخدمات اللوجستية والتوريدات العاملة في الضفة الغربية هي وظيفة الشراء والتي جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة وبنسبة بلغت (88.67%)، تلاها وظيفة التوزيع بنسبة (88.33%)، تلاها وظيفة العمليات وإدارة الموارد (87.67%)، وكان أقل أهمية وظيفة سير عمل المعلومات في شركات الخدمات اللوجستية والتوريدات العاملة في الضفة الغربية بنسبة (87.33%). وأوصت الباحثة بأهمية أن توفر الشركات الإمكانيات والمواد التي تمكنها من تأدية عملها وخدماتها بما يعزز من مكانتها التنافسية، وتوفير خدمات منافسة، والتركيز على الخدمات التعويضية للعملاء، والعمل على إنشاء دليل كامل لكافة وظائف سلاسل التوريد. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The study aimed to identify the reality of logistics operations and their impact on the functions of supply chains in the West Bank as a case study in the governorates of Ramallah and Al-Bireh. The study sample (Haphazard - non probability) consisted of (128) managers and employees of logistics and supply chain companies, as well as the interviews with (4) employees and exprets working in Logistics services and supply chains companies in the study region. The researcher used the questionnaire as the main tool for the study, and used the interview as a supporting tool for it. The researcher prepared the two study tools, where she used the exploratory, descriptive, and analytical approach in the study. The study found a set of results, the most important of it is that the most important logistical operations that are applied by logistics and supply companies operating in the West Bank are transportation operations, which came at a high degree with the rate of (90.33%), followed by storage operations with the rate of (89.67%), and the delivery operations came in the lowest percentage of them with the rate of (78.67%). The results also indicated that the most important functions of supply chains that are used in logistics and supply companies operating in the West Bank is the purchasing function, which came in a high degree with a percentage of (88.67%), followed by the distribution function with the rate of (88.33%), followed by the operations and resource management function with the rate of (87.67%), and the information workflow function was less important with the rate of (87.33%). The researcher recommended the provision of capabilities and materials by companies that enable them to perform their work and services in a way that enhances their competitive position, provides them competitive services, focus on compensatory services for customers, and work on creating a complete guide for all supply chain functions. | en |
