| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور التعليم الملطف في تنمية المهارات الأكاديمية لطلبة صعوبات التعلم من وجهة نظر معلميهم في غرف المصادر في مدارس محافظتي الخليل وبيت لحم، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقامت بتصميم استبانة كأداة للدراسة، وجمع البيانات، حيث تم تطبيقها على عينة تكونت من (85) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي غرف المصادر في مديريات التربية والتعليم في محافظة الخليل وبيت لحم، قــامـــت البَـــاحِــثـــة بتحديدهم واختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن واقع تطبيق معلمي التربية الخاصة للتعليم الملطف في غرف المصادر من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم في محافظتي الخليل وبيت لحم جاء بـِـدرجــة مُــرتــفــعـــة، كما بينت النتائج أن دور التعليم الملطف في تنمية المهارات الاكاديمية (القراءة، الكتابة، الحساب) لطلبة صعوبات التعلم من وجهة نظر معلمي التربية الخاصة، كان بـِـدرجــة مُــرتــفــعـــة، وتوصلت الدراسة أيضاً إلى عدم وجود فـروق ذات دلالـة إحصائـيّة بين المتوسطات الحسابية لدور التعليم الملطف في تنمية المهارات الاكاديمية لطلبة صعوبات التعلم من وجهة نظر معلميهم في غرف المصادر في مدارس محافظتي الخليل وبيت لحم تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، ومكان العمل، وعدد الطلبة. وبناء على هذه النتائج، خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات، أهمها: التأكيد على المحافظة على مستوى عالٍ ومتقدم من تطبيق التعليم الملطف في غرف المصادر، وذلك من خلال عقد الدورات التدريبية لتمكين المعلمين من تطوير مهاراتهم ومتابعة كل ما هو جديد، وحث المعلمين على المحافظة على تقديم المكافآت والهدايا التشجيعية للطلبة ذوي صعوبات التعلم، لما أظهرته النتائج من دور كبير في تطوير وتنمية المهارات الأكاديمية لديهم. | ar |
| dc.description.abstract | The study aimed to identify the role of palliative education in developing the academic skills of students with learning difficulties from the point of view of their teachers in resource rooms in schools in the Hebron and Bethlehem governorates. To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach, and designed a questionnaire as a tool for the study and data collection, which was applied. On a sample consisting of (85) male and female resource room teachers in the directorates of education in Hebron and Bethlehem governorates, the researcher identified and selected them using a random stratified method. The results showed that the reality of special education teachers’ application of palliative education in resource rooms, from the point of view of the teachers themselves in the Hebron and Bethlehem governorates, was to a high degree. The results also showed that the role of palliative education in developing academic skills (reading, writing, arithmetic) for students with learning difficulties from The point of view of special education teachers was to a high degree, and the study also found that there were no statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages of the role of palliative education in developing the academic skills of students with learning difficulties from the point of view of their teachers in the resource rooms in the schools of the Hebron and Bethlehem governorates due to the academic qualification variable.
