| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى مستوى الحرمان العاطفي لدى الطلبة الأيتام المقيمين في الأقسام الداخلية والخارجية بمنطقة القدس، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة استُخْدِمَ المنهجُ الوصفيّ. واشتملت عيِّنة الدِّراسة على (116) طالب/ة، جَرَى اختيارهم بالطريقة المتيسرة، وجرى التحقق من صدق الأداة أيضاً بحساب معامل الارتباط (بيرسون) واتضح وجود دلالة إحصائية في جميع فقرات الاستبانة، كما جرى التحقق من ثبات الأداة، من خلال حساب معادلة الثبات (كرونباخ ألفا)، وكانت الدرجة الكلية لمستوى الحرمان العاطفي (0.88)، وهذه النتيجة تشير إلى تمتع هذه الأداة بثبات عال ٍيفي بأغراض الدراسة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الحرمان العاطفي لدى الطلبة الأيتام بمنطقة القدس جاء بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق في مستوى الحرمان العاطفي لدى الطلبة الأيتام المقيمين في الأقسام الداخلية والخارجية بمنطقة القدس تُعْزَى لمتغيِّر الصَّفّ، بينما تبين وجود فروق في مستوى الحرمان العاطفي تُعٍْزَى لمتغيِّر القِسْم، لصالح القِسم الداخليّ، ولمتغيِّر الجِنس، لصالح الإناث ولمتغير مكان السكن، وكانت الفروق لصالح (المدينة). وبناء على هذه النتائج أوصى: بالاهتمام بالطلبة الأيتام خاصة المقيمين في الأقسام الداخلية، والاهتمام بتكوين العاملين بدور الرعاية اللازمة من قِبَلِ المرشدينَ والمُرَبِّينَ بِأُسُسٍ علمية لإشباع حاجاتهم النفسية والجسدية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحرمان العاطفي، الطلبة الأيتام، الأقسام الداخلية، المؤسسات الإيوائية. The current study aimed to identify the level of emotional deprivation among the orphaned students that are residing in the internal and external dormitories in the Al-Quds region. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive method was utilized. The study included )116( students that were chosen randomly. The validity of the tool verified by calculating the Pearson correlation coefficient. It was found that there was statistical significance in all variables of the study. Additionally, the study was also verified by using Cronbach’s alpha equation. The alpha coefficient of emotional deprivation levels came up to 0.88, suggesting that the variables indicate an acceptable level of reliability. The result of the study also showed that the level of deprivation among the orphaned students in Al-Quds region was average. Moreover, the study showed no differences in the level of emotional deprivation among the orphaned students residing in the internal and external dormitories in Al-Quds region. It was found that there were deprivation levels that attributed to the dormitory variables, that was in favor of the internal dormitory. The gender variable was in favor of the female, and the differences were in favor of the city. Based on the above results, it was recommended to take care of the orphaned students, especially those who resided in the internal dormitories. Also, to give employees the necessary care needed from counselors and principals to help satisfy their psychological and social needs.
