Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرّف على جاهزية مدارس محافظة الخليل الحكومية لتبنّي توظيف تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في العمل الإداري من وجهة نظر المديرين أنفسهم. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من (550) مديرًا ومديرة، في حين تكوّنت عينة الدراسة من (226) مديرًا ومديرة، بنسبة (41%) من المجتمع، وتم اختيار العينة بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية، كما تم تطوير استبانة مكوّنة من (28) فقرة لجمع البيانات.
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن جاهزية مدارس محافظة الخليل الحكومية لتبنّي توظيف تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في العمل الإداري جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا تُعزى لمتغيري الجنس والمؤهل العلمي، في حين تبيّن وجود فروق تُعزى إلى متغير سنوات الخبرة الإدارية لصالح فئة (أقل من 5 سنوات). كذلك تبيّن وجود فروق تُعزى إلى متغير مستوى المدرسة لصالح المدارس (الأساسية العليا والثانوية)، وفروق تُعزى إلى متغير المديرية لصالح مديريات (شمال الخليل، ووسط الخليل، وجنوب الخليل).
وفي ضوء النتائج، تم توجيه مجموعة من التوصيات لرفع جاهزية تبنّي توظيف تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في العمل الإداري المدرسي للجهات ذات العلاقة، بالإضافة إلى تقديم مقترحات لدراسات مستقبلية في هذا المجال.

The study aimed to identify the readiness of public schools in Hebron Governorate to adopt the use of artificial intelligence (AI) applications in administrative work from the perspective of the school principals. The descriptive analytical approach was used. The study population consisted of 550 male and female principals, while the study sample included 226 principals, representing 41% of the population. The sample was selected using the stratified random sampling method. A questionnaire consisting of 28 items was developed to collect data. The results of the study showed that the readiness of public schools in Hebron Governorate to adopt the use of AI applications in administrative work was at a moderate level. The findings also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences attributed to the gender and the academic qualification variables. However, differences were found based on years of administrative experience in favor of those with less than five years of experience. Additionally, differences were found based on the school level variable in favor of upper basic and secondary schools, and based on the directorate variable in favor of the North Hebron, Central Hebron, and South Hebron directorates. In light of the results, a set of recommendations was made to enhance readiness for adopting AI applications in school administrative work for the relevant stakeholders.
