The current study aimed to investigate the relationship between social phobia and psychological adaptation among a sample of drawing trainees in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate. The sample of the study consisted of (110) trainees who were chosen according the convenient approach, meaning that the sample included all members of the study community, The correlative approach as well as questionnaire were used as a tool to collect information, after the validity and reliability were confirmed .And then it was concluded that the level of social phobia amongst trainees of drawing came at a low level, while the level of psychological adaptation came at a moderate degree, The results also showed that there is a statistically significant inverse relationship between social phobia and psychological adaptation among drawing trainees in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate; That is, the higher the level of social phobia, the less the level of psychological adjustment and vice versa. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological adaptation of the drawing trainees according to the variables (gender, age, training period), while there were differences according to the variable of the family arrangement in favor of the first child, and also indicated that there were no differences in the level of social phobia according to the variables (Gender, age, and family arrangement), while there were differences according to the variable of the training period in favor of the training period of(6-12) months. According to the study results, the researcher recommended: to take trainees to public places and encourage them to communicate with others, to reduce the level of social phobia they have as it impacts their adaptation, and pay attention to all students according to the family arrangement, not the first or last one, increase interest in beginners trainees in drawing courses, and also to encourage students by holding art exhibitions in centers and places specializing in displaying artworks.
