Abstract
هدفت الدِّرَاسَة تعرف مستوى القيادة الاستباقيَّة واستراتيجيَّات إدارة الأزمات لدى مديري المدارس الثَّانوية فِي فِلَسْطِينَ. وقد تكونت عيِّنَة الدِّرَاسَة من (401) معلم، من معلمي المدارس فِي فِلَسْطِينَ؛ ولتحقيق أهداف الدِّرَاسَة تم اتباع المَنْهَج الوَصْفِيّ الارتباطيّ بتطوير أداة مكونة من ثلاثة أجزاء، بلغ عدد فقراتها (47) فقرة، الَّتي تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. وأظهرت النَّتائج أنّ درجة ممَّارسة القيادة الاستباقيَّة لدى مديري المدارس الثَّانوية فِي فِلَسْطِينَ من وجهة نظر المعلِّمين جَاءَتْ بدرجة مرتفعة، بينما أظهرت النَّتائج أنّ درجة تطبيق إدارة الأزمات جَاءَتْ بدرجة متوسِّطة، كما أظهرت النَّتائج أنه لا توجد فروق بين متوسِّطات استجابات عيِّنَة الدِّرَاسَة عن ممَّارسة القيادة الاستباقيَّة لدى مديري المدارس الثَّانوية فِي فِلَسْطِينَ تُعْزَى إلى مُتَغَيِّر الجنس، المُؤَهِّل العلميّ، المديريَّة، بينما توجد فروق تبعاً لمُتَغَيِّر الخبرة لصالح ذوي الخبرة أكثر من 10 سنوات، كما تبيَّن أنَّه توجد فروق في إدارة الأزمات، تبعاً لمُتَغَيِّر الجنس ولصالح الذكور، بينما لا توجد فروق تبعاً للمُتغيُّرات المُؤَهِّل العلميّ، المديريَّة، بينما توجد فروق تبعاً لمُتَغَيِّر الخبرة لصالح ذوي الخبرة أكثر من 10 سنوات، وأظهرت النَّتائج أنَّه توجد علاقة ارتباطية إيجابيّة بين القيادة الاستباقيَّة واستراتيجيَّات إدارة الأزمات بجميع مراحلها لدى مديري المدارس الثَّانوية فِي فِلَسْطِينَ، وبناءً على النَّتائج توصي الباحثة بحثّ المديرين على إكساب فرق العمل المدرسيَّة مهارات القيادة الاستباقيَّة، وإعطاء المزيد من الثقة والصَّلاحيات والتَّمكين لفرق العمل؛ مِنْ أجْلِ تطوير العمل المدرس
The study aimed to determine the level of proactive leadership and crisis management strategies among secondary school principals in Palestine. The study sample consisted of (401) school teachers in Palestine, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive, correlational approach was followed by developing a tool consisting of three parts، the number of which was (47) items, and whose validity and reliability were verified. The results showed that the degree of practicing proactive leadership among secondary school principals in Palestine from the point of view of teachers was high، while the results showed that the degree of applying crisis management was moderate. The results also showed that there were no differences between the averages of the study sample’s responses regarding the practice of proactive leadership among Secondary school principals in Palestine are attributed to the variable of gender, academic qualification، and directorate، while there are differences according to the variable of experience in favor of those with more than 10 years of experience. It has also been shown that there are differences in crisis management according to the variable of gender and in favor of males, while there are no differences according to the variable of qualification. Scientific, Directorate، while there are differences depending on the experience variable in favor of those with more than 10 years of experience، and the results showed that there is a positive correlation between proactive leadership and crisis management strategies at all stages among secondary school principals in Palestine. Based on the results، the researcher recommends urging principals to provide work teams with School building proactive leadership skills، giving more confidence, powers and empowerment to work teams in order to develop school work.
