| dc.description.abstract | This study has been conducted in the period between August 2018 and August 2019 with the objective of identifying the role of the school administration in developing the creativity of teachers in private schools in ramallah and al-Bireh from their point of view. The descriptive analytical approach was applied. The study group consisted of the teachers of private schools in Ramallah and Al-Bireh, cities from the second semester of the 2018/2019 academic year with total (1261) teachers, distributed in (39) schools. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of (66) paragraphs consisting of two sections; the role of school administration which was divided into three areas, the first area was the school curricula and teaching methods, the second one is the school environment, and the third area is school activities. The second part was the development of the creativity of teachers, the study tool reliability was estimated using Cronbach Alpha test. and the study data was processed in accordance with the Social Science program SPSS. The study reached the following conclusions: the role of the school administration in the development of the creativity of teachers in private schools in the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh came high by 87.4%, and the scientific curriculum and teaching methods got a high score of 81%, followed by the school environment got a high score of 79. The study found that there were no statistically significant differences in the respondents' responses about the role of school management in the three areas (school curricula, teaching methods, environment). School, school activities) in private schools in Ramallah and Al-Bireh are attributed to the change of gender, the location of the school specialization, while there were statistically significant differences in the answers of the researchers about the role of the school administration in the field of (school curricula and teaching methods) in private schools in the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh are attributable to the changing age of experience, social status, scientific qualification, and there are no differences between the answers of the researchers about the development of creativity among teachers in private schools in ramallah and al-Bireh from the point of view of teachers due to variables (gender, age, Scientific qualification, specialization, school location, while there are differences due to the change in years of experience, there is a positive linear relationship between the role of school management and the development of creativity among teachers. Based on the results of the study, the study recommended therefore: activating the role of the school administration in the development of creativity among the teachers of private schools in ramallah and al-Bireh,. the school administration establish a committee consisting of teachers for the continuous evaluation of the Palestinian curriculum, the school administration should pay more attention to School activities and set budget , providing scientific laboratories to serve the development of creativity, providing the appropriate physical school environment for innovation processes by providing laboratories, offices, playgrounds, equipment for modern and internet networks, giving training courses to teachers to develop and update their information, the school administration appreciates teachers on new and creative ideas and provides them with material and moral incentives. | en |
