Abstract
هدفت الدراسة للتعرف إلى مدى امتـلاك معلمــي المـَرحلــة الأسـاسـيّـة لمهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين وعلاقتها بالحَــذاقــة التَّــدريسيـَّــة لـديــهــم، استخدمت الباحثة المَــنهــــــج الوَصــــفيّ الارتباطي، وقامت ببناء استبانة من خلال الاستفادة من الدراسات السابقة، وتم أخذ عينة (240) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي المرحلة الأساسية في مدارس مديرية تــربِـيــة جَــنـــوب الخَـلــيـل بنسبة (29%)، من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عددهم (822)، وقد تم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية.
توصلت الدراسة إلى أن امتـلاك معلمــي المـَرحلــة الأسـاسـيّـة لمهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين كان بدرجة كبيرة، وكذلك أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بيـــن المُـتــوسّطــات الحِســابيــة لامتـلاك معلمــي المـَرحلــة الأسـاسـيّـة لمهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين تبعا لمتغير الجنس، وقد كانت الفروق لصالح الذكور، وتبعاً لمتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح (5-10 سنوات)، ولصالح (أكثر من 10 سنوات). في حين لم تظهر النتائج فروق دالة إحصائياً بيـــن المُـتــوسّطــات الحِســابيــة لامتـلاك معلمــي المـَرحلــة الأسـاسـيّـة لمهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الحَــذاقــة التَّــدريسيـَّــة لدى معلمي المرحلة الأساسية كانت بدرجة كبيرة وأظهرت النتائج أيضاً وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية للحَــذاقــة التَّــدريسيـَّــة لدى معلمي المرحلة الأساسية تبعا لمتغير الجنس لصالح المعلمين الذكور، وتبعاً لمتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح (5-10 سنوات)، ولصالح (أكثر من 10 سنوات)، في حين لم تظهر فروق دالة إحصائياً بين المتوسطات الحسابية للحَــذاقــة التَّــدريسيـَّــة لدى معلمي المرحلة الأساسية تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي.
كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة طردية قوية بين امتـلاك معلمــي المـَرحلــة الأسـاسـيّـة لمهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين والحَــذاقــة التَّــدريسيـَّــة لـديــهــم.
وبناء عليها توصي الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات، أهمها: الاستفادة من المعلمين الأقدم خبرة، والأكثر خبرة في التأثير على المعلمين الجدد لتعزيز امتلاكهم لمهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين وزيادة الحذاقة التدريسية لديهم، نظراً لما أظهرته النتائج من امتلاك المعلمين ذوي الخبرات الأعلى لمهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين والحذاقة التدريسية بدرجة أكبر.
The study aimed to identify the extent to which primary stage teachers possess the skills of the twenty-first century and its relationship to their teaching dexterity. 240) male and female teachers of the basic stage in the schools of the Directorate of Education South Hebron, with a rate of (29%), out of the study population of (822), and the sample was chosen according to the stratified random method. The study concluded that the basic stage teachers' possession of the skills of the twenty-first century was to a large extent, and the results also indicated that there were statistically significant differences between the arithmetic mean of the basic stage teachers' possession of skills the twenty-first century according to the variable of sex, and the differences were in favor of males, and according to the variable of years of experience In favor of (5-10 years), and in favor of (more than 10 years). While the results did not show statistically significant differences between the arithmetic means of the basic stage teachers' possession of the skills of the twenty-first century, depending on the educational qualification variable, the study also found that the teaching acumen of the basic stage teachers was to a high degree. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences between the arithmetic means of dexterity The teaching skills of basic stage teachers according to the gender variable in favor of male teachers, and according to the variable of years of experience in favor of (5-10 years) and in favor of (more than 10 years), while no statistically significant differences appeared between the arithmetic means of teaching proficiency among basic stage teachers according to the variable Qualification. The results also indicated that there is a strong direct relationship between the basic stage teachers' possession of the skills of the twenty-first century and their teaching acumen. Accordingly, the study recommends a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: making use of the oldest and most experienced teachers in influencing new teachers to enhance their possession of the skills of the twenty-first century and increase their teaching acumen, due to what the results showed that teachers with the highest experience possess twenty-first century skills and teaching acumen more.
