Abstract
This study aimed to identify the status of organizational culture in the Directorates of Education in Hebron Governorate. The study population consisted of (529) male and female principals for the academic year 2020/2021, while the study sample was a stratified random sample whose number of members was (265) male and female directors. The researcher used a questionnaire as a tool for her study, which consisted of (35) items, and the validity and reliability of the tool were confirmed by appropriate educational and statistical methods. The study questions were answered and its hypotheses were examined using the statistical package for social sciences. (SPSS) The results of the study showed that the respondents' estimates of the level of organizational culture in the directorates of education in Hebron governorate from the point of view of school principals came to a medium degree, where the arithmetic mean of the total degree was (3.42) and standard deviation (0.64). The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) between the average estimates of the respondents for the level of organizational culture in the directorates of education in Hebron governorate from the point of view of school principals due to the two variables: gender, educational qualification, experience in school administration, District, school level. Based on competitions, the researcher recommends the need to pay attention to the field of organizational culture through training programs for managers carried out by the Ministry of Education, to reveal weaknesses that limit the level of organizational culture, and to develop the skills of trainers based on training processes to provide highly skilled courses with regard to how to achieve a high level of organizational culture. organizational culture.
