Abstract
The purpose of the study is to get to know on the evaluation of municipality of yatta for
solid waste from the point of view of institutional performance and the quality of service and the folk of study has formed of all the population under the authority of yatta municipality who are about (71019) people. To investigate the objectives of the study .they has been used the descriptive analytical method and the main tool of the study to collect the data was the questionnaire ،it was distributed electronically on a sample about to ( 400 ) person it was selected by using a random specimen.
One of the most important finding of the study that is the total degree for the estimation of the management of yatta municipality for the simple solid waste from the point of view of the institutional performance and the goodness of services has got a (63% )which is equal a medial degree، and the total degree for the variable of service quality has got a ( 65 % ) that is equal a medial degree، and the level of collection of solid waste system has got a ( 61% ) that is equal a medial degree .
The study has showed that there is a relation between the parameters of services quality ( the reliability parameter ، the response parameter ، the tangibility parameter، the trust parameter ، and the empathy diminutions ) and the system of collecting of solid waste at yatta municipality . Also it had been showed that there is no differences that has a statistical significance between the answers of the people ( the research sample ) about the evaluation of the solid waste system .It was also showed that at yatta municipality from the perspective of services quality that has been provided is attributed to the gender ،the age and the occupation there is a
differences between the answers of the people of the questionnaire about the evaluation ،the system of collection of a solid waste in yatta municipality from the perspective of the services quality that was attributed to whome are have a bachelor's degree ، and for whome are have an income "more than 3000 shekels"، and for a variable of the living place for whome are alive at the middle of the city .
The most important thing recommended by the study is that the municipal administration pay more attention to the operation monitoring system and the local government administration had to take over the system in common ، and it should be add the gathering system from home to other by using the labor and machinery ، and they had to increase the awareness of the beneficiaries as it as absolutely ، and the necessity to improve and develop of the services of the municipality to get the population projections that is ensures their dealing continue ،subsequently enhancing it is competitive position by providing a high quality services
