Abstract
The Power of attorney related to immovable property is a private agency to which the legislator has given special legal protection to attach to the right of others. The periodic agency has derived its legal and practical importance in Palestine according to the political conditions and legislative approaches issued by successive administrations of the country, beginning with the Ottoman state and through the British mandate through the Jordanian and Egyptian laws And the Israeli occupation since 1967 until the end of self-rule and sovereignty of the Palestinian National Authority.
The researcher has reached through this study to introduce the periodic agency and review the laws that govern it and determine points of agreement and the difference between them and the private agency contract and the sale and mortgage contract, and stand on its parties, the importance of each party in it, and their impact on its organization and use, through studying the conditions and attributes related to The principal, the agent and the recipient of the agency.
The researcher hopes, through this study, to bear fruit in defining the concept of the periodic agency and its provisions in Palestine, according to the legislative texts governing and jurisprudence and jurisprudence and to address what has been customary in its organization and use.
