Abstract
The goal of this study is to determine the degree of servant leadership practiced by public schools' principals in Hebron governorate from teachers' point of view. The study population consisted of ( 9282) individuals (2019- 2020 academic year), a stratified random sample consists of (530) individuals has been used. The researcher used a questionnaire as the study tool, which consisted of 56 items assessing 5 constructs. This questionnaire had been verified in terms of its validity and reliability using appropriate statistical methods. The study questions have been investigated and the theories have been tested using Statistical Package for Social Science program (SPSS). The study results showed that the degree of servant leadership practiced by public schools' principals in Hebron governorate from teachers' point of view was in average for all the constructs of the study measurement tool as perceived by the study participants, whereas the mean score of the total score was (3,30) and the standard deviation was (,785). All questionnaire constructs were of a moderate level as indicated by their mean scores. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample on the degree of servant leadership practiced by public schools' principals in Hebron governorate from teacher's point of view due to directorate variable. On the other hand, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample on the degree of servant leadership practiced by public schools' principals in Hebron governorate from teacher's point of view due to gender, educational stage, academic qualification, and years of experience. Taking into account the study results, the researcher ended by giving a set of related recommendations.
