Abstract
This study aimed to identify the degree of using information technology in the functions of human resources management and its impact on the institutional performance in the National Beverage Company PJSC. To achieve this aim, the descriptive analytical method was used, and the study was conducted according to the comprehensive survey of its community, which consisted of (56) workers from the National Beverage Company in the main branch in Ramallah. The researcher designed a questionnaire to achieve its goals, which consisted of two parts, where the first section included demographic data, which are general data on the study population that represented (gender, age group, scientific level, labour, career level and years of experience), and the second part of the study contained the study's dimensions, which are: The use of information technology in the functions of human resources management and the institutional performance, and all of the dimensions consisted of (64) items. The results of the study concluded that the National Beverage Company depends heavily on the use of technology in its performance with a percentage of (85%), due to the company interest in this aspect. Besides, the results demonstrated using technology in the functions of human resource management has a positive impact on the institutional performance, where the wages and salaries job got the highest impact , and the resource planning function got the lowest impact. The study recommended the necessity of improving with human resources management in the National Beverage Company regarding using information technology through developing technological programs, which in turn contributes to improving its performance efficiently and effectively, and increasing interest in using information technology and activating it to improve the level of the human resource planning function in this company.
