Abstract
The study aimed to identify the role of coordination and networking in non-profit institutions on the quality of services from the viewpoint of workers in the Hebron Governorate, as well as the reality of coordination and networking in these institutions, and the reality of the quality of services provided there. The researcher relied on the descriptive approach, and to achieve the aims of the study she designed a questionnaire based on educational literature and previous studies, and the questionnaire included (68) two main axes (the reality of coordination and networking 38 paragraphs) and one axis (quality of services provided 30 paragraphs( After presenting the questionnaire to a number of arbitrators, and making the necessary adjustments, a test of validity and reliability of the study tool was conducted, which was at a high degree, and the questionnaire was applied to a sample of (200) workers in non-governmental organizations in the Hebron Governorate, and after data collection, review and analysis, The following results were reached: 1. That the reality of coordination and networking in non-governmental institutions in the Hebron Governorate was high and that the most important dimensions of coordination and networking were (vision, mission and goals, communication and organization, integration and cooperation, negotiation and conflict settlement) 2. The reality of the quality of services provided at non-governmental institutions in the Hebron Governorate was high, and that the most important dimensions of service quality were (sympathy), followed by (dependency), followed by (safety and trust) 3. There is a strong positive correlation between coordination and networking in non-profit institutions and the quality of services provided from the viewpoint of workers in the Hebron Governorate 4. There are no statistically significant differences at the level (α≤0.05) in the respondents' responses in the role of coordination and networking on the quality of services provided by non-profit institutions according to gender, age, educational qualification, years of experience, and age of the institution. Based on the previous results, the researcher recommended: 1. The necessity of working to maintain the level of coordination and networking among non-governmental institutions and to find networks in which networking between NGOs is carried out within a number of levels, including at the level and scope of work, and at the regional and geographical level. 2. Promote coordination and networking among non-profit organizations.
