Abstract
The study aimed to identify the availability of the elements of proper administrative
organization for health management, for the purposes of improving the capacity of hospitals
of the Union of Health Work Committees, and the extent to which the health department
performs the tasks of guidance, supervision, follow-up and evaluation that is necessary for
this regard
The study used the descriptive analytical method to suit its objectives of the study, and the
study population was chosen from the employees of hospitals to choose health work
committees in the Gaza Strip, whose nature of their work is related to these tasks,
Results:
There is a lack of communication skills between the administration department and divisions
through modern means of communication (e-mail - SMS - fax), and the abundance of
administrative burdens on the employees, with a lack of human cadres due to the limited
financial capabilities available.
The financial situation in the hospitals of the Union of Health Work Committees is affected
by the prevailing economic conditions in the Gaza Strip that led to low incentives, for those
working in these hospitals. And there are some of shortcomings in preparing annual plans,
which is related to health centers that following health work committees, and insufficiency of
attention on developing research and practical aspects that is necessary to pursue pace with
technological and medical developments in this regard.
Recommendation:
Striving to develop an organizational administrative structure, with clear and specific powers
and responsibilities that can be easily understood and dealt with, and able to directly
influence the identification and fulfillment of hospital needs of the necessary labor, and
Providing modern information systems for the hospital to ensure the flow of information that
facilitates proper decision-making, and Be more attention to research aspects, scientific
studies, medical and technological development, and The importance of create work teams
inside the hospital, and motivate them to be cooperative together
