The study also aimed at reaching the correct bases in determining the men of tribal reform and how to deal with the problems and types of problems they may face. Tribal reconciliation is a set of customs and traditions and tribal values that have won approval and preference by the people where it has become the same rules recognized by the minor and the small and large and used by the Palestinian people until they finish their outstanding problems without resorting to the courts. Because of their confidence in these customs and reassurance of their fairness, and the strength of its provisions, and the presence of strong tools and binding to implement these provisions through sponsors. The emergence of tribal custom was because of the need of our people to the existence of a law governing the relationship between them and this law and the only safe haven and safe for the people for a long time and extended to shade these days. In light of the previous results, the researcher recommended the following: Provide material and moral support for the men of reform and tribal solution and the staff of the affairs of the tribes in order to carry out their duties to the fullest. And facilitate the functions of men of reform in government departments; to help solve many of the problems that are unable to solve the laws of the Palestinian situation.
