Abstract
This study aimed at identifying the applications of e-human resources management in the Palestinian ministries, throughout getting to know the most important functions. The study aimed to determine the availability of the requirements for the success of e-Human Resources Management in the Palestinian ministries (such as human capabilities, financial capabilities, and technical capabilities(. The study analyzed the adoption of the application of the e-Human Resources Management, and how the Palestinian ministries support the effective implementation. The study focused on exploring the role of e- Human Resources Management in improving employee performance, and exploring its role in improving performance at the level of ministries. Descriptive method has been implemented to achieve the study objectives. Data and information have been collected from variety of resources (books, social media, magazines, periodicals, and Internet sites...). Primary data have been collected by distributing the study tool (the questionnaire) to the study sample consisting of (193) individuals. The (190) complete and valid questionnaires have been analyzed and generated statistically by the SPSS software. There are several results of this study, the most important of these results is the positive relationship between the functions of e-Human Resources Management and the performance improvement of the employee and the ministry. The study recommended a set of recommendations, including: Maximizing the applications of e-Human Resources Management in Palestinian ministries, improving the technical and practical skills and capabilities of e-Human Resources Management staff in Palestinian ministries, providing the technical requirements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of e-Human Resources Management. Finally, the study recommended increasing coordination with the the Palestinian General Personnel Council to improve and develop applications of the e-Human Resources Management, especially in the field of employment, in order to ensure a high degree of compatibility between the employees and the job of the Palestinian ministries.
