Abstract
The study aimed to get to know to the role of integration among Palestinian sport institutions in making the Olympic champion according to the view of the workers in their administrations, and knowing what is hoped for from this integrative process between Palestinian sports institutions, So the study population consisted of administrators and technicians in the Palestinian Olympic Committee, the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and Olympic Federations, who were (724) employees, so that the percentage of administrators reached to (63.95%) of the community, while the percentage of technicians reached (36.05%)
In his study, the researcher relied on the descriptive and inferential approach to answer the study’s questions and it’s hypotheses, and for achieving the study’s objectives, he designed a questionnaire relying on educational literature and previous studies. It consisted of three sections . The first section is for the specifications of demographic sample . And the second section on the integration between sports institutions, which included (29) paragraphs spread over four dimensions. And the third section on measuring the Olympic champion industry, which includes (27) paragraphs spread over three dimensions.
After showing the questionnaire to a group of arbitrators, and making the necessary adjustments, a test of validity and reliability of the study tool was conducted, which confirmed the validity and reliability of the study tool with a high degree, and the questionnaire was applied to a sample of consisted of (272)
workers in the Olympic Committee and the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and Olympic Federations. They were selected by the proportional stratified random sampling method, and after collecting, reviewing and analyzing data, the results have shown the following 8
The degree of integration among the Palestinian sports institutions is medium, as the percentage of achieving integration among the sports institutions reached (61.02%), and the results confirmed that the level of the ability of the Palestinian sports institutions to make the Olympic champion is medium, with a percentage of (52.84%).
