Abstract
The study aimed to search for renewal in the purposes of Islamic law, since the renewal was taken in a manner other than what was set for it, so the aim of it is to research what has become new issues that the Muslim is exposed to in his life, but with some thinkers it has evolved to try to reject the Islamic heritage, and what was presented by the jurists of the Islamic nation And its scholars in the past centuries.
The researcher used the descriptive analytical method in the study by presenting the various issues, through the three semesters of study, namely the chapter on renewal, the separation of legitimate intentions, and the separation of applications from different issues.
The study concluded that the renewal in intents through communication between the Islamic heritage, past and present, is the renewal agreed upon by the nation’s scholars, while the deviant renewal that is based on different interpretations of the Holy Qur’an, and extrapolations that do not lead to the true meanings agreed upon by the nation’s scholars on Time has passed, but rather jurisprudence that does not go into regeneration, for regeneration is the treatment of modern developments in line with sound Islamic thought.
The researcher recommended the necessity of agreeing between the juristic councils, and the jurists in the modern era to fight the deviant renewed thought, which does not have any relation to Islamic law, and which aims to undermine the foundations of the true Islamic religion, due to the reasons of progress, civilization, technology and the
