This Study, under the heading of "The influence of the lawful proofs illustrated in the Arabic topics- a conducting and analytical study. It is presented to Al-Quds University so as to have the Master Degree in Arabic and its rules. The value of this study is clear in elaborating the role of Arabic and its fields in comprehending the lawful proofs and simplifying the linguistic topics that are necessary to a researcher of the Holy Quran and the Sunna. Studying the rules and peculiarities from the ancient sources, the thing that would make this study an effort which would participate in the perfection of what the others had already started. Starting from the nature of this study, I noticed the relationship between Arabic and the "Islamic law", and considered the definitions of linguistic proof and lawful proof, in addition to the relation between the linguistic preponderance and the power of the lawful proofs. I concentrated on the concept of the linguistic proof and lawful proof and the relation between the linguistic preponderance and the strength of the lawful proof. I took into consideration the efforts of the previous scholars in the science of denotation and the denotational classifications. I studied thoroughly the influence of the other related linguistic sciences- morphological and rhetorical sciences and their influence in linguistic judgment for the previous scholars and interpreters. The study came out with a group of recommendations. The most important of which are: The necessity for deep thinking in the philological, interpretive and linguistic arguments, as it directly affects the scientific and exploring character of the researcher. The study also recommended universities to increase the linguistic and denotational courses in Arabic grammar, philology and criticism, as they contain elements that would help students break the difficulty in the recitation of texts and contents and in enabling them to comprehend and sense the Quranic and prophetic texts and motivate them towards doing the best in interpreting and judgment.
