A novel is considered one of the technical means that the writer expresses through about several various matters between realism and imagination. Awriter starts his cry to show an intellectual and psychological integration between himself and his narrative text. Thus the ability of the writer appears in dealing with his texts under political, social and intellectual inputs. The Palestinian writer has not handled reality courageously at the beginning of narrative appearance, but in later it accompanied by the Palestinian issue development, where the issues of literary text has changed accompanying the major political issues occurred in the country, then the Palestinian novel started portraying the reality with an absolute courage hoping to reach a constructive criticism. the novel came after Oslo carrying a general criticism Politically, socially, economicly, and intellectually. So, the novel has become more critical to show us issues accompanied the establishment of the Palestinian National Authority. This research is a literary critical study for most of novels that appeared after Oslo Agreement. Its importance comes in showing new implication that contained in theise novels and its effect on the technical aspect of anovel. Concerning the previous university studies that handled this stage, it has started from a limited part of the novel, such as the study conducted by the student Ahlam Bsharat about the "Hero in the Palestinian Novel from (1993- 10 2002)", Moreover, Dr. Odwan Nimer odwan also handled "The place in the Palestinian Novel after Oslo", whiche I couldn’t read. As a novel is aliterary material where objective and technical elements are interacted to be appeared, so I used the complementary analytical method in this study which tackled implication and technical aspect. The major results I have reached: - New issues have arisen which the novels have handled psychologically, and intellectually such as the issue of Returner and Resident and what has attached to this issue negatively. - some novelists have resorted to the past either for personal causes or public related to the ambiguity of the stage. - Superiority of realism characterizes the novels and the shortage of romancism and Phantasm. - The new implication have helped in developing the a novel technically. However, it has not reached to the expected level, it has been noted he use of personal speaker pronoun in a noticeable manner in most novels particularly that talked about the Returner and the Resident. - Most of novels particularly in Gaza have not been given the sufficient criticism as most of them have been marginalized. - Absence of the holy places in most of the novels that appeared after Oslo. Accordingly, this study recommens caring about the critical aspect of Palestinian novel so that these novels take the required concern and to try to exceed it to get a level that suits the intellectual development. The researcher also recommends that a writer keeps fixing points under the influence of changes so that he does not feel expatriate between himself and his Palestinian issue.
