Abstract
تعد الثروة الحيوانية من العناصر الاساسية والمهمة في جميع مجالات الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية
وتعتبر مصدر أساسي للدخل في العديد من المناطق والبلدان التي يتم الاعتماد عليها بشكل أساسي وكبير في حياتهم من جميع النواحي المادية والغذائية، وبالتالي عند تحقيق الدخل المادي من الثروة الحيوانية فإنه يعمل على انتعاش الاقتصاد الوطني وازدهاره.
وفي بداية حياة الانسان وعى عن أهمية الثروة الحيوانية وعمل على الاهتمام بها، وذلك بسبب حث الدين الاسلامي والأديان السماوية الأخرى على أهمية هذه الثروة على المجتمع وعلى أهمية الاعتناء بها والاهتمام بها دون إلحاق الأذى والضرر بها.
وبعد ذلك ظهرت القوانين والأنظمة في مختلف أرجاء العالم التي عملت على حماية الثروة الحيوانية والحفاظ على وجودها وكيفية التعامل بها لضمان بقاءها ووجودها واستمرارها على وجه الارض.
ولكن في الفترات الأخيرة بدأنا نرى كمية الاهمال والضرر الذي تتعرض له الثروة الحيوانية، وعدم اهتمام الشعوب للثروة مما أدى لانقراض لبعض الحيوانات وأصبحت غير موجودة، وأيضاً نرى بأن الكثير من البلديات في فلسطين أصبحت تصرح على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بضرورة قتل الكلاب الضالة دون وجود أي قانون خاص يمنع ويعاقب هذه الأفعال، ولهذا السبب تم اختيار عنوان رسالتي الحماية الجنائية للثروة الحيوانية في التشريع الفلسطيني وانتهت الدراسة بمجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات محاولة لحماية الثروة الحيوانية وبقاء استمرارها على وجه الارض.
Livestock is one of the basic and important elements in all areas of economic and social life and is considered a basic source of income in many regions and countries that depend on it primarily and greatly in their lives in all material and nutritional aspects. Therefore، when achieving material income from livestock، it works to revive and flourish the national economy. At the beginning of human life، he became aware of the importance of animal wealth and worked to care for it because the Islamic religion and other heavenly religions urged the importance of this wealth to society and the importance of caring for it and looking after it without causing harm or damage to it. After that، laws and regulations appeared in various parts of the world that worked to protect animal wealth، preserve its existence، and how to deal with it to ensure its survival، existence، and continuity on the face of the earth. But in recent times we have begun to see the amount of neglect and damage to which livestock is exposed، and the lack of interest of people in the wealth، which has led to the extinction of some animals and they have become non-existent. We also see that many municipalities in Palestine have begun to declare on social media the necessity of killing stray dog Without any special law that prohibits and punishes these acts، for this reason the title of my thesis was chosen as the criminal protection of livestock in Palestinian legislation. The study ended with a set of results and recommendations in an attempt to protect livestock and ensure its continuity on earth.
