RM21-18: Development of research management capacities at AQU

Scientific goals of the collaboration:
The AQU leadership seeks appropriate possibilities to train its best academic and administrative cadres to gain the necessary knowledge and expertise in research management. The aim of such training is to provide selected academic and administrative members of AQU at FZJ with skills that are needed to strengthen the institutional and human capacity by assessing and analyzing individual and institutional performance factors. AQU higher administrative staff responsible for research and development projects should be enabled to support the development, follow-up of and feedback on projects in a way that their performance and productivity will meet international standards.

- Leadership development
- Human resources development
- Communication skills
- Project management
- Proposal writing
- Fundraising
