    Non-pharmaceutical NP products are not classified as pharmaceuticals or medical devices, neither they include over-the-counter nor prescription drugs. Despite being highly consumable preparations intended for internal or external use by humans, NP products are found to be rapidly growing and distributed in pharmacies such as; skincare, hair care, oral, dental care and baby care products etc.

    Immunization is a highly effective and affordable preventive measure against various diseases. Despite this, many immunization programs are not being utilized as much as expected. Interestingly, involving pharmacists in vaccine administration has proven beneficial to both patients and healthcare systems in countries like Portugal, England, and the USA. In Palestine, pharmacists are currently not involved in vaccine services but play an active role in public education. To extend their responsibilities and ensure a more comprehensive scope of practice, it is important to determine their interest in becoming immunization providers, and their knowledge and opinion on the subject.

    One form of telemedicine is telepharmacy, which offers remote pharmaceutical services such as drug counseling, self-medication, drug monitoring, and assessment by a licensed pharmacist. It is unclear whether Palestinian pharmacists possess the necessary knowledge, attitudes, and willingness to practice telepharmacy.
