| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على "دور التخصصات المهنية في أحداث تغيير في التعليم العالي في فلسطين من وجهة نظر إدارة التخصصات المهنية" دراسة حاله: (الدراسات الثنائية: جامعه القدس)، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة اعتمدت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة على المنهجية النوعية، إذ تم جمع بيانات الدراسة من خلال مقابلة مكونة من 15 سؤال، طبقت على (11) أستاذ ودكتور من إدارة كلية الدراسات الثنائية، وبعد تحليل المقابلات توصلت الدراسة الى عدد من النتائج اهمها: التعليم المهني في فلسطين له دور مهم في تقليل نسبة البطالة، وله اسهام في تطوير التعليم العالي، اما برنامج الدراسات الثنائية هو نسخة من التجربة الألمانية تم تعديلها بما يتلاءم والحالة الفلسطينية، يسعى إلى إيجاد مخرجات تتمتع بمهارة وكفاءة عالية تلبي احتياجات سوق العمل، من خلال تمليك الطالب الخبرة العملية بجانب المادة الاكاديمية، وأشارت النتائج ايضا إلى أن هذا البرنامج يتم تقيمه بشكل دوري ولقد حقق أهدافه من خلال نسبة التوظيف العالية بين صفوف الخريجين فلقد تجاوزت 80%، بالإضافة إلى زيادة عدد الراغبين بالالتحاق بالبرنامج من طلبة وشركات التي يزيد عددها عن 200 شركة وهذا مؤشر نجاح للبرنامج. وقدمت الدراسة عدد من التوصيات أهمها: على مؤسسات التعليم العالي تغيير الصورة النمطية لتعليم المهني وذلك من خلال إطلاق برامج توعوية حول أهمية التعليم المهني، وذلك من خلال عرض قصص نجاح طلبة التعليم المهني ونشرها لتغيير الصورة النمطية لدى المجتمع عن التعليم المهني، ويضاف الى ذلك توفير البنية المناسبة لها في فلسطين لتتمكن من تحقيق أهدافها، وهذه المسؤولية تقع على عاتق الحكومة ووزارة التربية والتعليم ومؤسسات التعليم العالي. ضرورة توسيع نطاق برنامج الدراسات الثنائية ليستوعب تخصصات جديدة، بالإضافة إلى تكثيف حملات التوعية بأهمية التعليم المهني والتوجه لتعليم الثنائي وانعكاساته الإيجابية على الفرد والمجتمع معاً. | ar |

To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher relied on the qualitative research, as the study data were collected from During the interview tool consisting of 15 questions, it was applied to (11) professor from the administration of the College of Dual Studies, and after analyzing the interviews, the study concluded: Vocational education in Palestine plays an important role in reducing unemployment, and contributes to the development of higher education. As for the dual study program, it is a copy of the German experience that has been modified to suit the Palestinian situation. It seeks to find outputs with skill and high efficiency that meet the needs of the labor market, through the student’s possession of practical experience in addition to the academic subject, and the results indicated that this program is evaluated periodically and has achieved its goals through the high employment rate among graduates, which exceeded 80%, in addition Increasing the number of students and companies wishing to join the program, which exceeds 200 companies, and this is an indicator of the success of the program. The study made a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: Higher education institutions must change the stereotype of vocational education by launching awareness programs on the importance of vocational education, by presenting and publishing the success stories of vocational education students to change the stereotype in society about vocational education, in addition to providing the appropriate structure for vocational education in Palestine to be able to achieve Its objectives, and this responsibility rests with the government, the Ministry of Education and higher education institutions. The necessity of expanding the scope of the dual study program to accommodate new disciplines, in addition to intensifying awareness campaigns on the importance of vocational education and directing dual education and its positive repercussions on the individual and society. | en |
