Abstract
The study aims to assess the relation between job rotation and productive efficiency from the perspective of food trading companies’ employees in Hebron. The study examined the effect of variables (job designs، procedures، attraction، simulation، training، empowering and development) on the productive efficiency. To achieve this purpose، the researcher conducted the analytical descriptive method. A questioner has been distributed to a sample of (170) employees that has been arbitrary chosen from (376) companies in Hebron. Data has been analyzed using SPSS as well as the its validity and reliability. Results showed: There are significant differences of the level of significance α≤0.05 between and the productive efficiency at food trading companies in Hebron. The level of productive efficiency at food trading in Hebron is high: an overall average of (4.13). Standard deviation (0.38). This indicates that 82% of food trading companies in Hebron apply job rotation in a high level. There are differences of the level of significance α≤0.05 on the relation between job rotation variables and the productive efficiency at food trading companies in Hebron. Based on the above results the researcher provides the following recommendations: To enhance companies’ interest in job rotation for its essential role in job restructuring، developing human resources and increasing employees’ efficiency، skills and experiences. Evolving the employees in job rotation process through taking their opinions into consideration which contribute in accepting it. Key words: Job rotation. Productive efficiency.
