| dc.description.abstract | The main objective of the study is to research the role played by the dimensions of strategic leadership in achieving outstanding performance. And that is through the application to the private Palestinian universities in the southern governorates, which are: (Palestine, Al-Isra, Gaza), The study used the descriptive analytical method. Where the study population consisted of (533) male and female employees in private universities. The researcher used a stratified random sample, where the questionnaire was distributed to the study sample consisting of (224) male and female employees. (169) questionnaires were retrieved, with a recovery rate of (75.44%), and SPSS program was used to analyze the data. The study reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are: The Strategic Entrepreneurship in its dimensions obtained a large degree in the University of Palestine, Al-Isra, and Gaza, and the outstanding performance obtained a large degree in these universities, in addition to the presence of a strategic role in the university’s statistical significance, as well as in the abstract dimensions of these universities. The study indicated that there are differences in the opinions of university employees about the outstanding performance and Strategic Entrepreneurship for the variables (age group, educational qualification), and there are no differences according to the variables (years of service, gender, university). The study also recommended rehabilitating university employees, in order to use Strategic Entrepreneurship in its dimensions and invest it in their work environment, whether administrative or academic, paying attention to talented human cadres, and distinguished employees, as they are an essential element of the university’s success by taking advantage of the organizational performance and its excellence, Distinguished, developing a system for measuring and evaluating the performance of university employees, and relying on performance evaluation in its electronic form, periodically and at various administrative levels. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | تمثل هدف الدارسة الرئيس بالبحث في الدور الذي تؤديه أبعاد الريادة الاستراتيجية في تحقيق الأداء المتميز، وذلك من خلال التطبيق على الجامعات الفلسطينية الخاصة بالمحافظات..الجنوبية وهي: (فلسطين، الإِســراء، غزة)، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من الموظفين بالجامعات الخاصة والبالغ عددهم (533) موظفاً وموظفة، واستخدمت الباحثة العينة العشوائية الطبقية، حيث تم توزيع الاستبانة على عينة الدراسة المكونة من (224) موظفاً وموظفة، واسترداد (169) استبانة، بنسبة استرداد بلغت (75.44%)، وتم استخدام برنامج SPSS لتحليل البيانات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من الاستنتاجات أهمها: الريادة الاستراتيجية بأبعادها حصلت على درجة كبيرة بجامعة فلسطين، والإِســراء، وغزة، وكذلك حصل الأداء المتميز على درجة كبيرة بهذه الجامعات، إضافة إلى وجود دور ذو دلالة إحصائية للريادة الاستراتيجية بأبعادها في الأداء المتميز لهذه الجامعات، كما خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق لآراء الموظفين الجامعيين حول الأداء المتميز والريادة الاستراتيجية لمتغيرات (الفئة العمرية، المؤهل العلمي)، كما لا توجد فروق تبعاً للمتغيرات (سنوات الخدمة، النوع الاجتماعي، الجامعة). كما أوصت الدراسة إلى تأهيل الموظفين بالجامعات، وذلك لاستخدام الريادة الاستراتيجية بأبعادها واستثمارها في بيئة عملهم سواء الإداري أو الأكاديمي، الاهتمام بالكوادر البشـرية الموهوبة، والموظـفين المميزين، باعتبارهم عنصر أساسي من عناصـر نجاح الجامعة وتميزها، الاستفادة من القُدرات التـنظِيمية كبنية تحتية تخدم عمـلية تحقيق أداء الجامعة المتميز، وتطوير نظام قياس وتقييم أداء موظفي الجامعة، والاعتماد على تقييم الأَداء بشكله الالكتروني وبصورة دورية وبمختلف المستويات الإداريـة | ar |
