| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف إلى مهارات التدريس الإبداعي وعلاقتها بالكفاءة المهنية لدى معلمي المرحلة الأساسية في مديرية التربية والتعليم/ جنوب الخليل/ فلسطين. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفيّ الارتباطيّ. وأعدت استبانتين، الأوّلى لقياس مهارات التدريس الإبداعي، والثانية لقياس الكفاءة المهنية، وبعد التأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما، تمّ توزيعهما على عينة مكوّنة من (265) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي المرحلة الأساسية، والتي تمّ اختيارها بطريقة العينة الطبقية العشوائية وفقاً للجنس والتخصص، خلال الفصل الدراسيّ الثاني من العام (2023-2024)، والبالغ عددهم (825) معلماً ومعلمة. وأظهرت النتائج أنّ مستوى مهارات التدريس الإبداعي لدى معلمي المرحلة الأساسية في مديرية تربية جنوب الخليل، كان مرتفع، وأنه لا توجد فروق في متوسطات مستوى مهارات التدريس الإبداعي لدى معلمي المرحلة الأساسية في مديرية تربية جنوب الخليل تعزى لمتغير الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة والتخصص، بينما توجد فروق تعزى للتقدير السنوي، حيث كانت الفروق لصالح (ممتاز). كما أظهرت النتائج أنّ مستوى الكفاءة المهنية لدى معلمي المرحلة الأساسية في مديرية تربية جنوب الخليل، كان مرتفع، وأنّه لا توجد فروق في متوسطات مستوى الكفاءة المهنية لدى معلمي المرحلة الأساسية، تعزى لمتغيّر الجنس، والتخصص والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة، بينما توجد فروق تعزى لمتغير التقدير السنوي، حيث كانت الفروق لصالح تقدير (ممتاز) و(جيد). وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة طرديّة إيجابيّة بين درجات مهارات التدريس الإبداعي ودرجات الكفاءة المهنية لدى معلمي المرحلة الأساسية. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة، أوصت الباحثة بعدد من التوصيات، أهمها: حث المعلمين على المحافظة على مستوى عالٍ من امتلاكهم لمهارات التدريس الإبداعي والكفاءة المهنية في المرحلة الأساسية. | ar |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to identify creative teaching skills and their relationship to professional competence among elementary school teachers in the Directorate of Education/ South Hebron/ Palestine. To achieve the study's objective, the researcher adopted the descriptive-correlational methodology. Two questionnaires were prepared, one to measure creative teaching skills and the other to measure professional competence. After ensuring their validity and reliability, they were distributed to a sample of (265) male and female elementary school teachers, selected by stratified random sampling based on gender and specialization, during the second semester of the academic year (2023-2024), out of a total of (825) teachers. The results showed that the level of creative teaching skills among elementary school teachers in the Directorate of Education, South Hebron, was high, and there were no differences in the average level of creative teaching skills among elementary school teachers in the Directorate of Education, South Hebron, attributed to gender, educational qualification, years of experience, and specialization, while there were differences attributed to annual performance evaluation, with the differences favoring those rated (Excellent). The results also showed that the level of professional competence among elementary school teachers in the Directorate of Education, South Hebron, was high, and there were no differences in the average level of professional competence among elementary school teachers attributed to gender, specialization, educational qualification, and years of experience, while there were differences attributed to annual performance evaluation, with the differences favoring those rated (Excellent) and (Good). The results indicated a positive correlation between the scores of creative teaching skills and professional competence among elementary school teachers. In light of the study's results, the researcher recommended encouraging teachers to maintain a high level of creative teaching skills and professional competence in the elementary stage. | en |
