| dc.description.abstract | The study aimed to identify the role of government institutions in developing youth leaders in Hebron Governorate, and the study used the descriptive analytical approach, whereby a questionnaire was applied to a sample of (170) youth leaders in Hebron Governorate, who were selected in a simple random way. The study showed that the role of government institutions in the Hebron governorate in developing youth leaders from the point of view of youth leaders was moderate, with the arithmetic mean (3.56) with a percentage of (71.2%). The obstacles facing government institutions in developing young leaders were significant, with the arithmetic mean was (3.89), with a percentage of (77.8%). It also showed that there were no apparent differences in the averages of the role of government institutions in developing youth leaders in Hebron Governorate, according to the variables of political affiliation and place of residence, while statistically significant differences appeared according to the variables of the age group, in favor of Those with the age group (from 18-24) years, and the educational level variable, in favor of those with the educational level (high school or less) and (diploma), and in the field of political development, there were apparent differences in the gender variable in favor of males, with an arithmetic average of (3.75) vs. ( 3.47) for females. In the light of the findings of the study, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: Work on training and qualifying cadres and workers in youth organizations, because this would contribute to enhancing the personal skills of young people, keeping pace with successive scientific developments in various fields, and working to preserve the rights of young people. To make them aware of security and protection, and to motivate them to actively participate in politics. Work on the social development of young people by providing general national programs for volunteering to meet the needs of young people, and to feel the need to serve the community. | en |
