| dc.description.abstract | الملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أنشطة التعلم الخدمي المتضمنة في كتب المرحلة الأساسية (1-4) في فلسطين، ومستوى إدراك معلمي المرحلة له والتحقق من اختلاف إدراكهم باختلاف سنوات الخبرة، وعدد الدورات التدريبية، والمؤهل التربوي. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمسحي، وطبقت هذه الدراسة في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي (2021/2022)، ولأغراض الدراسة طوّرت الباحثة إطار تحليل محتوى لتحليل كتب المرحلة الأساسية (1-4) البالغ عددها (22) كتابا، طبق على عينة قصدية تكونت من (14) كتابا. كما عملت الباحثة على بناء استبانة لقياس إدراك المعلمين وزعت إلكترونيا على مجتمع الدراسة البالغ (750) معلما/ة في مديرية ضواحي القدس، بلغ عدد المسترد والصالح منها (130) استبانة، بنسبة (17.3%). استخدمت الباحثة الإحصاء الوصفي والاستدلالي لفحص صدق وثبات الأدوات، وتحليل البيانات بعد جمعها وإجراء المعالجة الإحصائية المناسبة لها وفقا لأسئلة الدراسة وفرضياتها. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مجموع تكرارات أنشطة التعلم الخدمي في كتب المرحلة الأساسية (1-4) قد بلغ (410) تكرارا، وبنسبة مئوية منخفضة جدا بلغت (22.91%). حيث كان أعلاها تكرارا النشاط (10) في المجال البيئي "إقامة مشاريع لإعادة التدوير والدعوة إلى تقليل الاستخدام". كما تفاوتت مجالات التعلم الخدمي السبعة في درجة تضمينها للأنشطة الخدمية في الكتب مجتمعة، وجاء أعلاها رتبة مجال دعم التعليم، تلاه المجال البيئي، فالوطني الثقافي، فالصحي، فحقوق الإنسان، فالاقتصادي ثم أقلها نسبة المجال الاجتماعي. وقد كشفت النتائج أيضا عن تفاوت الكتب في درجة تضمينها لأنشطة التعلم الخدمي، بحيث جاء أعلاها تضمينا مجموعة كتب المواد الدراسية الخاصة بالدراسات الاجتماعية والعلوم العامة (1-4) وكتاب لغتنا الجميلة للصف الرابع، وأقلها المجموعة الخاصة بالرياضيات واللغة العربية (1-4). وقد ترتبت الكتب ضمن (10) رتب، جاء أعلاها كتاب التنشئة الوطنية والاجتماعية للصف الرابع، وأقلها كتاب لغتنا الجميلة للصف الأول. أما نتائج مستوى إدراك المعلمين للتعلم الخدمي فقد جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، دون فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى لسنوات الخبرة، وعدد الدورات التدريبية، والمؤهل تربوي. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الباحثة بضرورة إجراء المزيد من الدراسات الكمية والنوعية التي تبحث في واقع التعلم الخدمي وتقويمه ضمن المرحلة الأساسية (1-4)، وتوصية القائمين على المناهج بالتوسع في تضمين أنشطة التعلم الخدمي في المرحلة الأساسية (1-4)، مع التنويع فيها، وإقامة دورات تدريبية حول التعلم الخدمي لكل من له علاقة بإعداد وتنفيذ المناهج من مؤلفي كتب ومشرفين ومدراء مدارس ومعلمين. his study aimed at reveal the service learning activities included in the first basic stage books (1-4) in Palestine, and the level of awareness of stage teachers of it, and to verify the difference in their perception according to years of experience, the number of training courses, and obtaining an educational qualification. The researcher used the descriptive analytical and survey method, and applied the study in the second semester of academic year 2021/2022. And to obtain the purpose of the study the researcher developed a content analysis tool, for the analysis of the 22 basic stage books (1-4), applied to a sample of (14) books. The researcher also built a questionnaire to measure the teacher’s perception, that was distributed electronically to the study population of (750) teachers/in Jerusalem Suburbs directorate, the number of recovered and valid ones reached (130) questionnaires, (17.3%). The researcher used descriptive and inferential statistics to examine the reliability and stability of the tools, analyze the data after collecting them and conduct appropriate statistical processing according to the questions of the study and its hypotheses. The results of the study showed that, the total frequency of service-learning activities in the first basic stage books (1-4) in Palestine was (410) times, and a very low percentage (22.91%). The highest frequencies of activity (10) in the environmental field "establishing recycling projects and advocating for reduced use". The seven areas of service learning vary in the degree to which they included service activities in the books combined, with the highest level of education support, followed by the environmental/national cultural/health/human rights/economic and then social is the lowest. The results also revealed that the books varied in the degree to which they included service-learning activities, with the most included in service learning activities, with the highest of which included the collection of textbooks for social studies and general sciences (1-4) and our beautiful language book for the fourth grade, the least of it was the group on mathematics and Arabic (1-4). The books were arranged within (10) ranks, the highest was the national and social upbringing book for class (4), and the least was our beautiful language book for grade (1). The results of the level of awareness of teachers came to a medium degree, without statistically significant differences due to years of experience, number of training courses, and obtaining an educational qualification. Based on these results, the researcher's most important recommendations were to conduct further quantitative and qualitative studies that examine and evaluate the reality of service learning within the first basic phase (1-4), and recommend the curriculum administrators to expand the inclusion of service learning activities in the first basic phase and diversification, and to establish training courses about service learning for all those involved in the preparation and implementation of curricula, including book authors, supervisors, school principals and teachers. | |
