This study reviews the role of talent management in enhancing the performance of companies listed in Palestine. It emphasizes the growing importance of human capital as a key strategic asset in achieving organizational competitiveness, innovation, and sustainability. Using a descriptive methodology based on an extensive literature review and the author’s analytical perspective, the paper examines core talent management practices including talent attraction, retention, development, and career management. The study highlights that effective talent management contributes significantly to productivity, quality improvement, and long-term organizational performance. It also identifies a gap in empirical research on talent management within the Palestinian context and calls for further studies linking talent management practices directly to organizational performance in listed Palestinian companies.
