This study aimed to examine in social responsibility with its dimensions represented in (job opportunities, justice, training), to know its role in achieving job stability thrugh applying on the Union of Health Work Committees in the southern governorates. The study adopted the analytical descriptive approach to know the role of social responsibility in achieving job stability, and the questionnaire was designed and used to collect the primary data of the study sample, as the questionnaire tool was applied on workers in the Union of Health Work Committees, and the study population was represented by workers in the upper, middle and executive management in the Union of Health Work Committees, estimated (383) employees, the researcher followed the method of Simple random sample, which consists of (192) employees, according to Richard Geiger's equation, and (132) questionnaires were collected with an return rate of (68.8%). The study reached a set of important results The existence of a positive, moral impact statistically significant of social responsibility on achieving job stability from the viewpoint of workers in the Union of Health Work Committees in the southern governorates. The dimension of organizational justice got the first rank with an impact rate of (0.58), the training dimension got the second rank with an impact rate of (0.26), while the dimension of job opportunities got the third rank with an return rate of (0.10) in achieving job stability.In addition to there are no differences in the responses of respondents about the two variables of social responsibility and job stability due to the demographic variables that are represented in (gender, age, academic qualification, years of service) despite there are differences in the responses of respondents about the two variables of social responsibility and job stability due to the variable (job title). The study concluded to a set of important recommendations: all organizations are recommended to allocate a special budget to support programs and activities related to social responsibility for the internal workers, which would improve the mental image of the community organizations.In addition, decision-makers and public policies in the organizations are recommended to enact legislations and laws and monitor their implementation to ensure committment with the adoption and application of internal social responsibility for its workers to provide an organizational climate and appropriate work environment to enhance job stability, which also supports the sustainability of its job in the work environment.
